I stayed in a stacked villa, 90 square meters, and the separate living room was great. Plus, there's a balcony with mountain views and fresh air – highly recommend!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, and the complimentary main course was exquisite and delicious. The outdoor infinity pool is absolutely stunning! It's also close to nearby attractions by car. This is my second stay; the first time was for a team building event with colleagues, and I thought it was fantastic. You can just relax at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and go for a swim without even needing to leave. That's why I brought my family for a relaxing holiday this second time. It offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended.

We stayed in the family room and were very happy with it. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large bathtub. The balcony offered a very relaxing view of lush greenery as soon as you opened the curtains. The hotel also has an infinity pool which the kids absolutely loved.

To sum up my stay, this hotel might look nice with its decor, but everything else was a huge letdown. I really, really don't recommend it!!! The hotel's location is quite far from all the attractions. The biggest issue is that for a hotel in 2024, not only can't you cast to the TV, but there's no smart TV either. You only get a customized Tencent TV with virtually no content, which is incredibly poor. On top of that, the room constantly had a foul smell of dirty rags mixed with disinfectant, and the bedding had a distinct stale, fishy odor. We even spotted small bugs occasionally, making the whole stay feel very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. The hotpot set dinner we got was also a disaster; all the meat was unfresh frozen meat, and the taste was indescribable. The entire restaurant only had three or four staff members in the evening, including chefs and servers. They also offered à la carte dishes, but again, only as part of set menus with a ridiculously limited selection. The restaurant's function was essentially pointless. Another annoying thing was when it rained. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage with an umbrella... The restaurant is also in a separate building, a two to three-minute walk completely exposed to the elements. And the 'mountain view room' was a complete sham; you could only see tiny mountain peaks, totally different from the pictures on the booking page. In summary: Apart from the decent decor, everything else was a drawback. The hotel staff's service was okay, but I definitely won't be coming back for a second time.

The room was very comfortable, the location was convenient, and the view was beautiful! However, the TV couldn't cast to our devices, the soundproofing in the room was poor, and the hot spring could use some improvement. The service also needs an upgrade!

Perhaps due to being fully booked during the summer holidays, the hotel's service was a bit lacking. Breakfast was inconvenient as it required a bit of a walk. However, the hotel environment was quite nice, and it was very convenient to explore the surrounding area for food and shopping. The rooms were also quite new.

The breakfast selection is moderate, not extensive, while the local Shanghainese cuisine for dinner is delicious and reasonably priced. The swimming pool offers comfortable water temperature, beautiful scenery, and is perfect for family activities. Overall, a fantastic hotel!

The restaurant serves three meals a day, with a diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes for breakfast. Lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed at the restaurant, featuring delicious dishes such as braised pork with dried bamboo shoots, bream, and river shrimp. The staff are friendly, patient, and responsive. Highly recommended!
