Moganshan Queen Hotel (inside Moganshan Scenic Area)

Couldn't be happier! It's in the same forest as Naked Stables, lol. There are deer downstairs, and we pet them again and again. You can really see deer deep in the woods. If you have any issues, definitely go to the front desk; they're super helpful, hahahaha.

Our trip to Moganshan was made truly special by the thoughtful arrangements at the Queen Hotel! We had booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the friendly front desk staff proactively upgraded us for free to a Dream Hill Villa with a mountain view. The moment we opened the door, all our travel fatigue just melted away. 🌿 Breathtaking Views: The large window in our room overlooked layers of green mountains. Opening it in the morning revealed lush greenery and mist, while evenings offered stunning sunsets that painted the mountains in warm gold. Even the air felt fresh with the scent of the forest. 🍃 Breezy and Cool: The layout of the old villa was incredibly airy. With the windows open, the mountain breeze flowed right through, making air conditioning unnecessary. Summer nights were perfectly cool, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. 🏡 Full of Vintage Charm: Wooden floors, vintage chandeliers, and stone walls – every detail exuded the charm of an old villa. The floral tiles and large bathtub in the bathroom were definite highlights; soaking in the tub while gazing at the mountain view was incredibly therapeutic. From the warm upgrade at the front desk to the meticulous details in the room, everything showed genuine thoughtfulness. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Moganshan and highly recommend it to anyone looking to slow down and savor the beauty of mountain living! ✨

Listen up! If you're coming to Moganshan, you absolutely *must* stay at the Empress Hotel! I originally booked a basic room, but I got incredibly lucky and was upgraded to an amazing high-floor view room! Opening the window to a bamboo forest instantly lifted my spirits. The hotel itself is like an attraction, vintage yet exquisite, and every photo you take here turns out beautifully. The service is five-star quality; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is super friendly. Staying here truly gives you a 'royal' experience. It's fantastic value for money – you guys just have to go for it!

This hotel is located inside the Moganshan scenic area, which is great – the Naked Heart Castle photo spot is right at the entrance. The front desk staff were really friendly and provided excellent service; I would have given 5 stars for service, but one particular restaurant staff member really ruined it. The situation was simple: before leaving, I saw the beautiful decor by the restaurant window and wanted to sit down and take a picture. However, a cleaner sternly refused. We explained we were guests and just wanted to snap a photo, promising not to move any chairs or items on the table, but she still wouldn't allow it. She only grudgingly walked away after an argument. It really feels like one bad apple spoiled the whole bunch. Overall, the hotel is good and worth recommending, but they need to teach their lower-level staff how to provide customer service wholeheartedly.

The rooms are very old and the overall environment is just average. The service attitude was also very poor, and the staff's communication was quite unprofessional. It was a very bad stay. Other than being located in a scenic area, I definitely won't choose this place again.

I was incredibly satisfied with the room! The surrounding environment is lovely, with acres of bamboo forest nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and lunch offered great value for money. The Queen's Milk Tea was tasty, and I even ordered another large cup!

The hotel is located inside the scenic area. After booking, you'll receive a call from the hotel to provide your license plate number, allowing you to drive directly to the property. The room facilities are a bit dated, but they are very clean.

The hotel upgraded us to a villa further up from Songwood, about 500 meters up a mountain road from the front desk. It's great if you like peace and quiet. The balcony offers an expansive view, and this villa also has its own large terrace, which we were told is perfect for sunset viewing. In the mornings, an auntie prepares breakfast specifically for you, and it can be delivered to your room, or you can go back to the hotel for the buffet.

Choosing the Queen Hotel was definitely the right decision for our Moganshan trip. It's a significant landmark in Moganshan. Although the hotel is quite old and the rooms aren't huge, the environment, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Parking is convenient, and having breakfast and dinner at the hotel was super easy. It's also perfect for taking photos and checking in for social media!
