Premier Inn Derby East

Despite having to cope with a group of marauding parents and their children, who were staying over from a football tournament, the staff were absolutely brilliant. In particular I would like to say thank you to Chloe, Lauren, and the other two members of staff who were really supportive when called upon. Thank you guys, my family and I really appreciated your commitment to still offering a sterling service despite others making your work difficult. You did not allow the behaviours of others to prevent you from delivering a completely professional service. We look forward to returning again in the future.

room was nice. shame the bed wasnt better made. only 1 pillow each but had 2 spares in a bag. tea tray poor. only 1 of each tea, coffee and 2 of each sugar. yes there was more to collect free at reception. only 1 hand towel and 2 small bath towels for 2 people. breakfast was lovely. stuart went above and beyond to make sure there were no onions in hash browns as im allergic. the whole breakfast was amazing and keep.us going for our long journey home.. location was fab.for our venue. stuart, claire and the staff made us feel very welcome

I would like to praise sasha and Stuart for the way they handled the evening. they were extremely understaffed, they never once stopped. they was bombarded with complaints regarding waiting times for meals, they did more than anyone could of done to please customers. an absolute amazing performance they stopped the ship from sinking. sasha stuart thank you

Visited with family for breakfast, we got a very warm welcome from the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. A special mention for Simon, Louise and Saunders the Chef in the restaurant. They were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They were helpful and polite and assisted us with everything we needed. A lovely and welcoming team. There was a great selection of hot and cold food which was well cooked and plentiful. Good selection of hot and cold drinks too. Everywhere was lovely and clean. All in all it was a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend a visit even if it is only for breakfast. Good value for money with a warm welcome.

3 Adults, 5 Kids for breakfast!!! Food was great, team were amazing! Excellent value for money. From the warm welcome on reception as we booked the car in, to fabulous service in the restaurant, even the chef checked that the food was good! We’ve eaten at Premier Inn lots of times before…by far one of the best experiences we have had!

Friendly welcome. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were all extremely clean and comfortable. We also had our meals there and the food was exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed one night as was attending a concert at Derby Arena which is onlty 5 minutes drive away. Quick friendly check in and off to our room on the middle floor. All very comfortable and quiet. TV had a lot of channels unavailable which would be bad if staying more than one night Had breakfast next morning which could have been a lot better. Bacon over done, sausages well cooked on outside but not inside and eggs rubbery. Coffee was awful but staff were hardworking and friendly. I would stay again but might get breakfast elsewhere

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at this hotel. We have been coming here for a few years (single parent with two kids, one is a wheelchair user) and we have always been greeted by friendly faces and a positive attitude. Everyone is so kind and helpful and nothing is bothersome. They are responsive to our needs e. g needing extra duvets or alternate milk etc and having tried various other premiere inns, this one is our choice every time. Fantastic job by everyone here.

I’ve been here for 5 weeks working away, and the staff are extremely good, very nice polite and personable. Credit to the company! The rooms are nice and clean. Free parking on-site which is a big plug for me! Thanks again to the wonderful team - Chloe, Ami, Eve, Sasha and Laura!!!!!
