Cozy hotel with really attentive staff. We had issues with our travel agency but the family who run the hotel were quick to help in anyway they could. They went out of there way to take us out on their own accord so that we could experience things we wouldn't have been able to with a standard tour. The room was amazing, with it's own heated pool and jacuzzi. The location was a 4min walk to the center which made getting around and eating out easy. Special thanks to Zekiye hanım who made our stay comfortable and was very helpful and even took us to see the sunset at the famous Red Valley sunset spot on our first night. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a cave experience.

This hotel exceed our expectation. It is a small cozy hotel with only 6 rooms. Amassing atmosphere and warm and kind service. We where there with a 6 years old kid and they have a special niche on the second flour where you can sleep on a sofa. She was excited. Великолепный отель который превзошел наши ожидания. Он достаточно небольшой, всего на 6 номеров, но очень уютный. В нашем номере была одна большая кровать на двоих и дополнительная софа на втором этаже в специальной нише, где у нас спал ребенок. Она была просто в восторге. Отдельно стоит сказать про завтрак. Понятно что там не было шведского стола, но они накрывали традиционный турецкий завтрак индивидуально. Очень красивый и вкусный. Всем рекомендую.

The room we where given was underground. The moment we entered, we could smell a strong smell of moist.. it was obvious it had ventilation problem. Also we could smell renovation materials from the room next door. They had a fan and dehumidifier to ventilate it but wasn’t really solving the issue. The room decoration was cute though. The staff don’t speak English almost at all. But they were very nice and friendly. I asked to change my room but they said there was non available. The best part of our stay was delicious Turkish breakfast. But it’s only served starting at 9 am, so we couldn’t have it in our last day.

Çok misafirperverler , ilgi ve alakalarından çok memnun kaldık . Odaların içi çok temizdi. Kahvaltılar özenle hazırlanmıştı…. Kısacası 3 gün içinde çok memnun kaldık .

Odalarda havuz var diye güvenip asla gidilmemeli havuz var ama çocuk havuzu gibi ne derinliği var ne genişliği ayaklarını çırpsan yere değiyor o kadar küçük havuz var diye aldıkları ücreti asla haketmeyen bir oda

Hotel konumu odaları ve çalışnları olarak mükemmeldi.Ama gece yarısı hotelde ki müşterilerden biri son ses müzik açıp,bağırarak telefonla konuşuyor ve kimse de müdahale etmiyordu.Bu durum yaklaşık bir saat sürdü

Odaların tarzı sizi antik devirlere götürüyor. Çok kaliteli bir tasarım. Aradığınız herşey odada var, akıllı televizyon Netflix vb. uygulamaları açıp izleyebiliyorsun, ayrıca elma ikramı çok hoşumuza gitti. Banyonun iç dizaynı mükemmel. Sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi Zekiye hanıma teşekkür ederiz. Evlilik yıldönümü için hazırladığı yatak üstü sürprizi içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Ürgüp merkeze 2 dakika yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz, gezilecek yerlere araba ile çok rahat ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
