Very bad experience when pay in Trip.com. System told me no room but finally we found that System has charged successfully and no full refund. Only Trip.com compensates around 20% we paid full price and paid another room due to double booking. Recommend to check carefully zo avoid this bad experience again.

The positioning of bed was not correct in the room because of two lights right on the top of the bed. The lights banged twice on my head.

Below average experience with service. No internet available in the room , asked the reception attendant a few times but they were blaming it on my device while i could connect on the same device at reception but unable to a few metres away.

The person at the reception was really nice and helped us a lot. A laundry is available. The rooms are clean and very nice. The motel is cute. Very good stay.

The family room is quite satisfactory. Two bedrooms. No kitchenware. Easy check in. There is a BWS nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the city. Good parking. Clean and hygienic.

Standard motel, but the price is competitive. There are microwaves, refrigerators, electric kettles, etc. in the room, and there is a Woolworth supermarket 1km away. You can buy some food yourself, and you don’t need to rush to eat their breakfast. Not far from the freeway, it's an easy drive to downtown Hobart. KFC and McDonald's are very close. Parking is free.
