The location is great! Walking distance to the beach. The staff are friendly. Breakfast very nice and got lots of varieties. They even have two levels of swimming pool.

Spent a night in Westin Dearu for celebrating anniversary. Hotel is clean and maintained 5 star standard. But there was an Iron man event happening next to the hotel. It was loud. Blasting music since 5am. We got interrupted during sleep. Other than that everything is great.

I felt cozy and comfortable during my stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food quality was excellent. The only downside was an issue with the steam room temperature during my visit.

Very good facilities and direct access to the beach! Loved how big and spacious the room was ! Had a very nice relaxing holiday. Breakfast was good too! Only down side was how hard it was to get a Grab to come into the hotel.. otherwise, there was buggy and hourly shuttle to other hotels like hard rock and anantara :) will definitely be back!!

Been to Desaru Coast numerous times. Westin hotel has upgraded their facilities! The new kedidi restaurant pool is so good! Warm water and good pool size. Wont feel crowded when swimming.

Highly recommended for family and kids. Foods are very nice & its not as crowded as hrh. the bed is super comfy as in the cloud feels. beach is clean and clear. thumbs up & will surely be back
