Came here with limited expectations and was still disappointed…. Booked the entire third floor, “Cleopatra”. For a thousand euros a night. Ridiculous. Hasn’t been cleaned for a while, AC not working, fridge off, reception area has youth hostel flair. Washing machine is shared and in basement. Best location possible, really nice staff, but ridiculous level of cleanliness and comfort. One (!) dishwasher tablet, one towel for four days.

We have booked this accommodation for September on AirBnB but the owners are totally blanking us and refusing to confirm the booking. I spent 2 weeks in this residence and I really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, on the lake, with direct access, swimming pool overlooking the lake and very close to the center of Desenzano while remaining in a quieter position. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and spacious. I recommend the lake view apartments.

Very good free indoor parking. The large room was great, but the other was interior and the sofa-type bed was uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The terrace was shared. Beautiful lake views. Very close to the center, with a pleasant walk next to the lake. The apartment was poorly cleaned, some things were broken, coffee maker, towel rack....
