I called the morning of my arrival to let them know I wouldn't be arriving Friday night until after midnight. The woman said she'd note it. We arrive, and there was no reservation. They said it had been cancelled and there were no rooms available. I just stood there at the counter. The desk clerk then said he would see what he would do. Finally, some 30 minutes later, he "found" us a room. I said we were staying through Monday morning. I signed and went about unloading the car. There wasn't any secure parking at all, let alone ADA parking. The only ADA was parking outside in an adjacent lot. The only way a wheelchair could get to the room, was to go through the lobby, a few hundred yards away from my room! Causing two trips to my car each time I left. One for luggage and one for the wheelchair.
We couldn't seem to get the room cleaned. The floor was sticky, and only one towel for two people. I complained. They cleaned the room, yet the floor was still sticky.
They checked me out a day early. Sunday morning I loaded my car, went back to the room, only to find they had already checked me out. Again, I get told there are no more rooms available. Again, after about half an hour, they were able to give me the same room, but at the holiday rates of over $300. Again, another wait, and they were able to give me the room for 1/2 price.
The place is noisy. Paper thin walls.
All this said, the bed was soft & comfortable.
There's more. But there isn't room here.
