🏨 **About the Hotel:** This low-density resort, converted from an old schoolhouse, boasts 23 rooms with a charming blend of Suzhou and Japanese architectural styles. The facilities and service are top-notch, making it the perfect place to unwind. 🛏 **Room & Service:** We booked a courtyard room, which was spacious and quiet at 80 sqm. ✅ **180° Floor-to-Ceiling Windows:** Perfect for lounging in bed and gazing at the misty bamboo forest. The mini-bar offers complimentary Evian and Perrier. ✅ **Service:** Expect a free fruit platter daily and a complimentary 'goodnight soup' in the evenings. Staff are incredibly responsive – ginger tea is brought to you immediately after a swim, and a shuttle is ready whenever you need to head out. ✅ **Amenities:** The hotel offers a home theater, bar, heated pool, gym, billiards, a book bar, and a fantastic restaurant (it’s delicious and totally changed my perception of Jiangnan cuisine!). You can also borrow bicycles. It’s an all-inclusive experience, so you barely need to leave the property, though the spa is still under construction. There are also rice paddies and cherry blossoms; it must be stunning in autumn and spring. I’d love to come back! 🍽 **Dining:** You absolutely must try the 'Mountain and Wilderness' cuisine at Liyuan Restaurant. Many dishes require a day’s advance booking. The braised goose was incredibly tender, and the 'Yan Du Xian' soup was incredibly flavorful. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room – enjoying breakfast in bed while looking at the bamboo forest is incredibly relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was kindly upgraded to a better option, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When we entered the room, everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The view was amazing, the bathroom was spotless, and the room itself felt very luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality. The resort also has a hot spring located inside a bamboo forest, which was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. They also kindly offered us three complimentary photos. The reception staff spoke English, which made communication very easy. A special thanks to Tian Tian at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this resort.

One of the best stay with the family we ever had.all the facilities, the services, the pool, the design and everything was super nice. The owner of hotel and hist family are very supportive and helpful in any situation. We got into small road accident on our car and owner helped to deal with police station and parking and car pick up and tow truck also, super appreciated! They also helped with the spare car for the rest of the days and returning us back home to Hangzhou. The location of hotel is super nice to visit many many places around to hangout with the family. Kids loves this place a lot and asking to stay again here next time. Thank you so much!!

Staying at Yanjushi Art Resort B&B for a few days, I truly experienced the delicate charm of a misty Jiangnan. The B&B itself is high-end and elegant, with exquisite and unique design. The environment is beautiful, a natural oxygen bar, and full of artistic flair, offering pottery making, painting, photography... The room decor is tasteful, incredibly comfortable, and the facilities are complete and clean, making for a super pleasant experience. The restaurant atmosphere is cozy, and the food tastes excellent. A little wine on a rainy day adds to the romance... The owners are warm and hospitable, talented in many ways, and the butler service is professional and attentive... Yanjushi, a place you won't want to leave once you've arrived. I'll definitely be back!

Arrived at the guesthouse in the early morning, and the front desk staff was still there and very responsible. All the rooms are forest-view rooms, and the scenery is beautiful. It's best to go early for breakfast, as there might be more options then. When we told the staff we wanted to dig for bamboo shoots, he immediately took us up the mountain. There aren't many bamboo shoots this season, but he was very good at finding them, and we still dug quite a bit. Finally, they arranged a lunch for us, and all the ingredients were very fresh. There's also a reading room where you can read books and play chess. Overall, it's a very comprehensive guesthouse.

The stay experience was very good. There were not many people in winter. With two children, the B&B kindly upgraded us to a suite. The service was very good and responsive. The scenery was great, and there were some fun facilities built. Everything was good. It was more fun in summer, with streams and sand pits and swimming pools. It was also very comfortable and quiet in winter. It is worth recommending.

If you don't want to just stay home on the weekend but are looking for a different way to relax, Xiangyue Lake is an absolute gem. It's not just about the cabins; it's a huge outdoor sports paradise. My friends and I primarily came for the outdoor activities, and the experience was fantastic! We did archery and played frisbee on the large lawn at Fei Camp, and in the afternoon, we went kayaking and rode a swan boat on the lake. The breeze on the lake in the evening was incredibly refreshing. There's even a professional horse riding facility in the park, with new equipment and a large arena, giving us a real 'Wild West' experience. I heard there are also dedicated forest trails for hiking, but we ran out of time this trip. I'll save that for next time!

Anji Mountain Non-Mountain Resort Hotel really exceeded expectations! This trip to Anji was full of happiness because of this hotel ✨ The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, surrounded by mountains and forests, and it feels relaxed when you step in. What is more pleasant is that you can enjoy a free room upgrade when you stay. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is directly doubled. ～ The supporting facilities are super complete, the water temperature of the heated swimming pool is just right, it is particularly comfortable to swim, and you can play in the water in autumn and winter; the gym equipment is enough, the laundry room is also very convenient, and the travel is worry-free and comfortable. Breakfast must be emphasized! The category is rich to pick the eyes, take into account Chinese and Western tastes, the fresh taste of the ingredients is online, and the whole day is full of vitality. The most plus point is the butler service, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, the details are full of care. Looking for a less crowded, beautiful spot to relax for a couple of days during the National Day holiday, and this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is great, the environment is lovely, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's very close to attractions like Canglong Baipu Waterfall, rafting, and dining options. Best of all, the hotel has its own stream trekking, paddleboarding, and swings right behind it, keeping kids busy catching fish all day! The room was also very spacious, and with a balcony, a few bugs are to be expected. Breakfast is in Building 1, and they have all the usual varieties, better than I anticipated. All in all, it's excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

When visiting Zhejiang and Shanghai, a staycation is an unmissable travel experience. This time, I chose the Laiye Twelve Beasts Designer Homestay in Heping Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou. The entire homestay is nestled among tea gardens surrounded by mountains, with a strong sense of design. There are 12 rooms on 3 floors, each named after a Chinese zodiac animal. Each room has a different style, with some offering tranquil views of vegetation by the window and others offering views of green tea mountains. Each room has its own unique charm. This time, my family and I experienced the rat, sheep, ox, and dog staycations. Each staycation gave me a different feeling. The homestay's own sika deer was the children's favorite, and there was also a silver shaded dog named Zongzi that was very friendly to the guests.
