Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

I personally don't like the bustling feeling of the night market. I ate in the hotel for two days when I came to Banna. It's life to relax. If you have to make some comments and suggestions: 1. The weather in Banna is hot. If you know the approximate check-in time of the room, it is recommended to turn on the air conditioner half an hour in advance. 2. The air conditioner is the only thing I want to complain about... It's really a bit loud when it runs, even if you turn on the mute and sleep mode, and adjust the air volume to the smallest gear. Toshiba's air conditioner is not good. I hope to find an engineer to take a look. When a homestay has good service, human touch, and hardware facilities, it will definitely be a highlight and memorable point in your trip. If you come to Banna again, you will still choose Xiye. Mountains and seas have their own return dates, and wind and rain will meet again. I wish that ”Xiye”, built on the mountain, will shine brightly in the mountains and fields🌹

The location is very good. It is opposite the Big Buddha Temple. The hotel is OK. The positioning is quite high, but there are more areas for improvement. My room sink is a bit leaky. Others are fine. The bed is very comfortable. Health is OK. The hotels in Xishuangbanna are like this. Don't think about the price/performance ratio. More comparisons. It is recommended to choose a brand hotel for the elderly with children.

Overall good reviews, the B&B is small but beautiful. There are many small roads in Gaozhuang, and the hotel provides valet parking service which is very good. When meeting guests, they always ask and provide yogurt, white fungus and other drinks, which is very considerate. However, breakfast is a regular meal. If children want it, they need to pay extra. Also, please note that there are spider webs on the roof of the guest room. In addition, the so-called garden view room is facing the street. Yes, it was not the peak season when I checked in and it was not noisy.

I came to Xishuangbanna to play in November. My friend recommended this homestay. I decided to try it for 5 days. The experience was beyond my imagination. This homestay is open this year. Sometimes I really want this kind of comfortable reality to stay here forever. If you can't control the movement of time, just feel the present. Back to the experience of the Dai costumes given by the hotel, the quality is completely different from the twenty or thirty yuan ones in Gaozhuang. Even if you take pictures in the hotel, you can take pictures very well. You don't have to go to Gaozhuang to squeeze in the crowds, and you don't have to go there to queue up for those fixed camera positions like grabbing discounted vegetables at Caishikou. You can sleep well after a day of playing, because the hotel is also very quiet because it is in the mountains. If you can't sleep at night, you can walk by the swimming pool. The swimming pool has blue lights at night, which looks calming.
