Environment: The environment can be said to be the best in Banna, it is very good, and it is an ideal place for friends who like Southeast Asian style.
Sanitation: The sanitary conditions are basically good, and the water in the outdoor swimming pool is also very clear. Especially in the morning after breakfast, I went to have a cup of coffee and sit by the pool to blow the wind, listen to the birds singing, and listen to the sound of the stream. It feels like I haven't been away from work and completely relaxed for a long time. However, there may be too many trees by the swimming pool, and sometimes a few leaves will float down in the swimming pool. But you can often see the staff using a large scoop net to clean up these fallen leaves.
Service: The service is also in place. From check-in to check-out, there are housekeepers to help book tickets and make travel plans.
Breakfast: This is highly recommended. There is Spanish ham, which tastes salty, fragrant and sweet. I didn't expect to eat such low-quality dishes in the hotel's free breakfast. There are also inconspicuous siu mai and barbecued pork buns in the corner. The taste is also very authentic, and the quality is higher than that of ordinary small restaurants.

Coming to Xishuangbanna in December for a summer escape, this is my second visit, so this time I specifically chose this hotel for its privacy to truly rest, vacation, and relax. The check-in experience was also excellent; a butler greeted us at the entrance and helped us with the check-in process. The river view room was very spacious and bright, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with two sinks. Upon arrival, we were treated to welcome fruits and a self-service afternoon tea, and in the evening, the butler even brought us a late-night snack. The breakfast restaurant also offers a river view, which instantly puts you in a good mood early in the morning. The entire hotel is very quiet, with no loud noises, making it incredibly relaxing. The infinity pool is especially beautiful at sunset and when lit up at night.

NNH1999STAFF APPRECIATION: A special thanks to Xiao Zhang, who was absolutely lovely, and to Ms. LinLin who took such amazing care of me during my stay. Not only is she professional, but Ms. LinLin is incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. As a woman traveling alone to Bana for the first time for a short weekend trip, I was a bit intimidated. She not only helpfully advised me and offered a plan but gave me the freedom to adjust as needed and add my own favorites. More importantly, traveling with her I felt extremely safe and at ease. If you are ever in the area and are able to request a driver or guide around the city, please request her.
The staff themselves are all so, so kind and accommodating. There were issues with my flight, and my arrival date was pushed back. They did all they could to make this as painless a process for me as possible, making a frustrating situation less so. Thanks to the combined efforts of the hotel and trip.com, I did not suffer any losses on this trip. I am beyond grateful as many of my fellow passengers were not so fortunate. Any questions I had were promptly and patiently answered, which I greatly appreciate as a foreign guest.
HOTEL REVIEW: The hotel itself is well situated, facing both the mountains and the rivers. The room was clean, the amenities left nothing lacking. My favorite part was probably the pool which is open late. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the lovely night view of the river and bridge after walking around the nearby Night Market (another must-see place). The water is not deep, less than 2 meters, I think, and is safe for children and non-swimmers. I chose a room with its own pool in which one could relax before bed or early in the morning as the fog rolls in over the mountains. I only ate the breakfast, and the options were generous, a mix of Chinese and Western fare.
TLDR: I highly recommend this hotel for a location, comfort, convenience, and amazing customer service and care. If you have a chance to visit the pool at night, the view is great! It is a great option for solo travelers, couples, and children. If possible, I suggest hiring one of their drivers as a personal driver/guide. Request 淋淋! You won’t regret it. ✨️✨️

The overall value for money is not great. The price is not cheap, but neither the hotel's hardware nor its software lives up to it.
**Room:**
The shower water temperature was unstable, suddenly becoming very hot or cold. Also, the showerhead was leaking at first, but it stopped after I tightened it. Furthermore, there's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. I suggest the hotel could provide a laundry basket so guests can place towels and clothes outside the bathroom while showering.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room was unstable, often losing connection or disconnecting.
**Service:**
The hotel offers an airport transfer service, and the driver's service was excellent, punctual for pickup and drop-off.
Because I had a good impression of the driver, I booked a car for a day to tour the attractions. However, the service of the charter driver significantly tarnished my impression of Lianfu.
We had agreed on the attractions before departure, but halfway through, the driver strongly recommended we go to another free attraction, repeatedly saying that the one we originally planned to visit was not good. We politely declined and insisted on sticking to our original plan, but he still drove us to the attraction he recommended. After getting out, because we felt we wouldn't have enough time to visit the attractions we wanted if we explored this place, we asked the charter driver to take us back. After that, his attitude visibly changed, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Upon returning, I searched on Xiaohongshu about the attraction the charter driver recommended and found nothing but posts about being scammed and warned to avoid it, which made the experience even worse. I highly do not recommend it.
Additionally, a butler service is provided. The service was normal, not giving a feeling of being at home, and there were some oversights. However, the hotel manager's service was good.
**Food:**
The breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options, with many kinds of fruit, and the taste was decent. The afternoon tea included with the booking is good for photos, but besides the coconut water, the taste was not good, so you can skip it.
**Location:**
It's near the Starlight Night Market, making it convenient for getting around.
**Facilities:**
The facade is very small; from the outside, it doesn't look like a luxury hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is quite good, but the swimming pool is also relatively small, which doesn't match the price point.

Zhenshipinglunzhe,
This villa was decorated by the boss at first glance, which is very in line with the aesthetics of young people. There are a lot of entertainment facilities in the villa. After visiting the attractions at night, you can sing and play mahjong in the villa. The experience is really good!

Guest UserI regretted not booking this hotel sooner; I only booked it on my last day. The hotel staff were incredibly service-minded, and the photo spots were beautiful. There were so many people at the attractions in Xishuangbanna, so it was really comfortable to relax at the hotel. On our last day, while we were relaxing in the common area, they even noticed we'd finished our drinks and proactively offered us more! I rarely write good reviews, but I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was so comfortable, overlooking Gaozhuang from its perch on the mountain. The view was stunning, and the pool in the room was delightful—the cleanest we've ever seen, with crystal-clear water. Our housekeeper, Xiao Xie, was incredibly helpful, and the entire staff was incredibly responsive and quick! When we wanted to eat bananas from the living room, they gave us scissors to cut them ourselves, and the lady in the restaurant even sliced them for us! They even gave us a salad made with herbs and vegetables grown in the yard—a truly wonderful experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It was also much quieter at night than I expected. During the National Day holiday, we even got to enjoy a fireworks display right from our balcony – what a treat! The service was incredibly thoughtful. After staying for 3 days, I felt every day that choosing this hotel was the right decision.

The pictures don't quite match the actual room; it's not very big. I specified during booking that I didn't want the room near the elevator or in a corner, but those areas were occupied. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was the simplest of the three hotels I stayed at. It didn't match the price at all. However, they did offer afternoon tea every day with bread, fruit, and specialty drinks, which was nice. Honest reviews are important to help those who need them make the right choice.
