"The hotel location is very good, as it is very close to Bangi Water Park and easy to access other places. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, and there is also a playground for kids, which makes it a great place to spend time with family. However, cleanliness should be improved. The refrigerator needs proper cleaning, the toilet door was dusty, and the toilet floor was not very clean. Overall, it is still a good stay."

TThanathip MoolvongI had high expectation prior to staying this hotel as it should be beyond 5 star hotel. After arriving the hotel later than expected, I would like to do quick check-in, dropping my luggages and having another meeting. However I was told to wait as there were other guests waiting for check-in. I don’t understand why they could have more check-in counters instead of 2 only. I came back later, everything was ok. I was asked whether I would like to have something to drink in my room and I asked for tea, and not delivered. In morning, I would like to have coffee in my room, unfortunately the coffee maker machine was out of order. I had to call butler for a mug of coffee. However, this issue was fixed during the day. Breakfast was ok but the place is crowded. After checkout, I requested a shuttle service to KL Sentral Station (actually it is walking distance), I was told it will be 10 minutes, again I have waited for 30 minutes until one of the staffs noticed and called the van. Overall the hotel was great but my experience with services from this hotel was far disappointed.

AAnchengchengxieMy cousin and I booked two rooms and stayed for four nights. Let's start with my room: on the first day, I found a lot of ants 🐜 in the room. I requested a room change, and they moved me to a room right next to the highway. I spent the whole night listening to cars zipping by and motorcycles honking, so I didn't get any sleep 🤣. On the second day, I had to request another room change, further away from the highway, before I finally settled in. Now, about my cousin's room: it was freezing cold, even with the air conditioning off. My niece had to stay bundled up in a blanket. After two nights, my cousin finally mentioned how cold it was. We strongly insisted on another room change. A hotel staff member came to feel the room's temperature and then found an empty room for them to move into. After the move, it wasn't cold anymore. A few days later, I was chatting with a Grab driver about the E&O Hotel Penang****, and when my cousin overheard, she finally felt brave enough to tell me, a materialist, that in that freezing cold room at the E&O for the first two nights, she had seen a ghost—a white person. I also heard from a day tour guide that the hotel's portico had been blown down by a strong wind just a few days before we arrived, which is why it was temporarily replaced with the rather ungenerous-looking one it has now. The breakfast was just okay. Even though it's a Chinese-owned hotel, the foreign workers tended to assign people who looked Chinese to corner tables or dark, out-of-the-way tables. I could never understand why even brown-skinned people would discriminate against Chinese people. The only thing worth praising was the front desk lady who spoke Chinese, though I'm not sure if she was an intern. She was enthusiastic and provided excellent service, allowing us to check in early.

AAhsoka TravellerConvenient location! Located next to KL Sentral and connected via a bridge. Easy to get to from KLIA Express. The view of my room was nice too. The staff were very friendly and helpful so that’s great. The room is huge but a bit cramped for me as there wasn’t much space. The breakfast resto was a bit too crowded for me - maybe I went the wrong timing.

11392741****After a long search, I chose this hotel. I booked a suite, and check-in was on the 50th floor. I was very satisfied with the environment and service, and there were complimentary afternoon teas at different times. I stayed in room 3922, and my biggest complaint was that a whole building blocked the view from the floor-to-ceiling window, which was extremely unpleasant. The front desk said all suites face this direction, so there was nothing they could do 🤦‍♂️. Also, the room cleaning was very sloppy; the tables weren't wiped, my clothes and socks were left untouched, and the shower hose in the bathroom was fixed and couldn't be removed. The string lights in the living room were too low, making it uncomfortable to walk underneath. The water pressure in the sink was also incredibly low 😂. It was truly an unpleasant stay, and I won't be staying here again. Aside from the issues mentioned above, everything else was fine. The location was okay, within walking distance, but it's best to avoid taxis due to terrible traffic.

CChristydelvtushiguangAfter staying at Banyan Tree Phuket, I've grown to love the brand. This Banyan Tree in Kuala Lumpur has an excellent location, with a direct covered walkway to Pavilion Mall. In the evenings, they diffuse essential oils, which really adds to the holiday vibe. Breakfast is à la carte, ensuring quality. The room views are superb, offering a panoramic view of all the iconic landmarks. When I went to the gym at night, I was planning to check out the pool, which faces the Petronas Towers – it's absolutely stunning. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the service. I booked the room over a month in advance, but the front desk informed me there were no king-sized beds available and wanted to put us in a twin room, suggesting we change rooms the next day. There was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. I clearly stated that customers shouldn't have to bear the consequences of their operational errors and demanded a proper resolution. Only after I repeatedly refused their unreasonable proposal did they upgrade us to a suite with a king-sized bed. Although the hotel apologized afterward, this initial experience was very disappointing, as their approach and attitude to handling the problem from the beginning were completely wrong.

11501152****The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was perfect for families, being comfortable and large enough. The bathroom was also a good size. However, it's a shame there was no body lotion. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly, greeting us whenever we came and went. The only downside was the noisy 'speedsters' at night; if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend a room facing the street. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of dishes, including many local specialties. I highly recommend the Indian paratha and the noodles. They also have freshly ground coffee available for takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

PPenny_DThe Four Seasons, as always, is excellent. I'm very satisfied with my choice of accommodation. It's about a 15-minute drive from the city center, but the commercial area right outside the hotel is already very convenient, with plenty of food, shopping, and drinks available. The breakfast was incredibly rich; I stayed for two consecutive days and found 20% of the dishes were different each day, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely choose the Four Seasons again on my next visit. The service is exceptional, and the hygiene is top-notch. Remember to bring your swimsuit and don't miss the swimming pool on the seventh floor!

AAnonymous UserPleasant and relaxing stay. Comfortable bed and quilt. Had a good night sleep. Some staff are friendly and some weren’t. Parking needs to pay and there is a flat rate. Walking distance to 2 malls nearby (however the malls look quiet and empty). Hopefully there is an improvement on Breakfast choice as it is limited and not that great if compared to other 5 stars hotels out there.

MMyrHnnNice architecture french european style , maintained well, super good bedding, but it just stops there. Breakfast is orfer one type only, NOT BUFFET with limited choices. Time window is restrictive (only certain slots), as the venue with the nice architecture is small only. Hotel is overpriced for what is delivered, especially when compare expectations from the photos/decor as the only amenities is the sky gym and sky pool (small) and some outdoor decor but too boring, where the pool is a shared pool with AMI SUITES. hence, Discrepancy between marketing & actual experience. There is another big pool but is under maintenance until 1st Oct which is shared by all three buildings. Out hotel card is not accessible to other buildings of MK1 and MK3 which has some outdoor kids area (mini playground), butterfly something, jacuzzi pool. So yeah, if you book arte by thomas chan , u just pay for the architecture and view. Thats all.
