I love this place the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the location and above all the staff and their remarkable genuine professionalism and care for you as a guest. This is now my home away from home. My family, friends and business/personal acquaintances will be directed to this amazing hotel. Thank you Christine,Christie, Curtis, Laura, ALL housekeeping and employees. Everyone was so healthful and it was obvious as a guest I wasn't a bother but a pleasure to serve and now part of their hotel family. We really had big hopes for The Hampton Inn Suites after a lot of business travel in other states where I’ve stayed at their locations. This one is definitely the “ beach vacationers “ model. Overall, it was good and did the trick, but there were some slight differences in quality and conveniences. You have to request housekeeping if you want it. It’s not assumed at all. Not a big deal, but again, when you’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns, this was odd. We had a loose toilet seat and a warped door frame leading out of the room. Just little irritations that needed a refresh. Overall, seemed like they were trying to cut corners to save money - but it’s 2022. Who isn’t at this point.

This Hilton home 2 suite is really great. I booked a separate bedroom. The room was oversized, the refrigerator was big, and the tableware and dishwasher. The room was clean and the location was good. It took less than five minutes to walk to the beach. When I went to this beach, I can see the sunrise and sunset. There are many parking spaces. There are not many types of breakfast but it is delicious. Generally speaking, I will book this hotel when I go there again.

First I will start with I am extremely picky & OCD! I do too much research before I stay anywhere. This hotel was WONDERFUL! The staff seems to love their job, especially Terri and Shauna. I felt like I was staying at a four star hotel. The room was spotless, the food was wonderful, the pools were great and the beach service was perfect!

Great room on the bottom floor, beach access is insanely close, literally 25 steps away. Hot breakfast bar every morning, with great variety of options. Good communication and parking pass from hotel staff. Very family friendly. We will definitely be staying at this location again. Room was simple, but clean and comfortable with an EXCELLENT air conditioning unit. This is a super important feature after a hot beach day. Always love staying with Hampton Inn!

I really appreciated the light and airy feel of the inside of the hotel. A central skylight runs the length of the ”courtyard” style open center space that houses the restaurant, bar and other common areas. The room, while generous and clean, was on the dark side. This may have been because of the first floor location; a higher floor may be better. The Hilton app presents this hotel as ”having a beach”. Technically, this is correct, but said beach is across the street, across a parking lot and across an access bridge. I estimate it is a good 900 ft/300m walk. Important to know if mobility impaired or trying to get little kids, cooler and equipment to the beach.

We had a great stay. The hotel and staff both exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint would be the busy road it's on as it's somewhat difficult to turn left out of the hotel. Our room and the hotel in general were both very clean.

Reserved two double queen beds deluxe junior suite rooms beachfront and paid over $1700 for deposit. Get here to check in and the young lady (Kacy) that’s checking us in is telling us that we’re going to have to pay another $1400 for EACH room. Was of course shocked and taken aback to hear that because the total of the reservation when I made it was over 3K and what she was telling us would have made it well over 4K! Don’t know where she was getting her totals, but she was finally able to give us the right totals. Have been to this hotel several times and have never experienced this at check in. When we finally make it to our room(s), was surprised to realize that only one of the rooms is beachfront; the other is partial beach view. This wasn’t a problem because the room was clean and spacious and the view was still pretty (although definitely NOT beachfront)…but why are you charging for two beachfront rooms when there’s only one? So I go back down to the desk to question this. Can’t remember the name of the front desk manager that I spoke with but he was not very helpful. He spent most of the time I spent talking to him trying to convince me that a partial beach view room was actually a beachfront room- no sir…we have been here several times and ALWAYS get beachfront rooms so we know what beachfront rooms are like. This partial view room was actually on the opposite side of the hallway, so not beachfront. Anyway, after going back and forth with him about this for a bit, he finally agreed to let us have another room. Went to view the room and it was beach view, still not what was paid for. So instead of having to move all of our things, we just stayed where we were. I totally understand that there is a wedding and a big conference going on while we’re here and hotel is pretty much at capacity (from what staff said). Don’t understand why they can’t just give our money back since we didn’t get what we paid for. A little disappointing because this has never happened before. We’ll still continue to come here for fall break but I will definitely call ahead and make sure that we will actually get what was booked before we get here. Even though that’s no guarantee because they will just try and convince you that a partial view room is beachfront if they don’t know that you know better.
