Loved this hotel! The service was 10/10—every staff member made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including a Jacuzzi with two different views, a tennis court, kayaking, and more.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return if we get the chance!

We stayed in a water house. The noise from the roof was very loud on the first night, which affected our sleep. We complained to the front desk. Although we were not immediately given a new room, they did their best to solve the problem. We were upgraded to a water house facing Mount Kinabalu for the third and fourth nights, which was a very good compensation. The hotel environment is invincible, the service is also very good, the food is expensive, but everything on the island is really expensive. The ceiling of the island is well-deserved!
