Our group stayed here for 5 days and the hotel is wonderful. Lots of history and character, very clean, and the location in old town was perfect to enjoy the shopping and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful, a special thanks to Donny for her care and attention to our group, and the breakfast each morning was really good and enjoyed by everyone. We highly recommend this hotel

the most terrible Hotel conditions ever met within last 20 years. Looks like Student house after big anniversary celebration : dirty , scrap furniture , out of standard equipment , tiling , bath rooms , beds , nothing to say positive = very , very bad ! highly not recommended , Fletcher do better if building / object belongs to themselves if the do rent of the building in 99 percent it is 1 star or even no star at all

This is a charming character hotel set on the main street into the delightful city. Reception staff are very welcoming and were helpful on arrival. The breakfast is good and the staff are very polite and friendly. The room size is ok, and the beds are comfy. It's warm too...

1. The shower that lets me control the water temperature - I found this very convenient. 2. The breakfast service and offering - very good, with freshly baked breads and cakes. 3. The location - very convenient to necessary amenities like Train station, shops, eating places like the Brink.

Very dissapointing. The building looks good but inside is a different story. The rooms are basic to say the least. Ours was cold (as was our friend's room). There was no heating either in the seperate toilet or shower room. The doors on the outside corridor kept banging as the closing mechanism wasnt working correctly. This noise is clearly heard by the reception, who choose to ignore it. Someone had already written a comment in their visitors book, so not new. The breakfast room is tiny and badly designed. Only one coffee automat for all the people. When the breakfast room is full you have to carry your plate to an overfill romm down the corridor. Its more like a hostel than a hotel. This place needs a total refurb. We will not return.

Got a room for 1 person: terrible smell of a spray when I walked in. Room was downstairs on streetlevel and with window open it was very noisy! Bad carpet, only1 pillow and1 towel. Bedlamp was broken, got fixed thru the evening. With checking in they got wrong price….the trainee didn’t know how to fix so supervisor wanted to explain everything to trainee ….I was not happy to hear that all and to wait for it and I told them. Explanation was that trainee had to learn….but why not AFTER …do I have to hear it all? I was not impressed at all. Very bad experience for €75 per night!!

The building is beautiful, as well as the WIFI and the breakfast. The location is in the heart of the old city and 8min walk from the railway station, which is convenient. However, it;s very cold in general especially if you room is a corner room, like mine. The TV did't want to switch on. The rooms are clean. I was allowed to make the tea at night.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room was on the side of the hotel with a lot of stairs which can be tricky when carrying suitcases. It is near to the city center as well as train station and park (10-15minutes walking). The breakfast was really good with the nice selection of food. The staff were pretty helpful for everything we asked.
