"The parking lot is open-air and quite small. The restaurant is located in a small bungalow in the parking lot. The hotel lobby, the hallway, and the elevator all reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms aren't large, but the cleanliness is acceptable, though there's a damp smell. The glass isn't very soundproof, and the rooms all face the street. The TV wasn't working and wouldn't turn on. I told the front desk about it before leaving that night. When I came back about half an hour later, I asked if the TV had been fixed. They said the technician was still in the room and asked me to go check it out. Confused? Should I help fix it? The room was so small that two people couldn't even turn around. I asked the front desk to ask the technician if he was okay and I'd go upstairs. The front desk reluctantly called the technician, who said he hadn't fixed it yet and would call someone else. My question is, why don't you fix the problem and not move us? They're making guests wait in the lobby late at night. Do you guys even clean the smoke? The room was infested with mosquitoes. It's hard to describe. It was the worst experience of the year. Not recommended for families. The strong smoke smell is harmful to children's health! Not recommended for hearing-impaired guests. It's located on the road, and the windows are thin and soundproof! Not recommended, not recommended, not recommended!"

"It was a very satisfying trip. It was my first time to visit Sanxingdui in Deyang. Because we were traveling with children, the hotel was considerate enough to upgrade us to a parent-child room. The room was fully equipped with a smart toilet, smart master control, and clothes-drying facilities. The parent-child room was also large and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, pays attention to feedback, helps with directions, and recommends the famous Deyang dry pot, which is delicious."

The sound insulation was so bad that I felt like there was someone next to me and I could hear the voice clearly. Fortunately, I brought earplugs to avoid it. The set meal I ordered included lunch and dinner. I can choose not to use them, but you can't help but tell me. Although I can't ask for too much for many things for about 100 yuan, can you please provide the most basic hygiene and due service?"

I asked the front desk lady to help me extend my room reservation, but she refused, telling me to do it online myself. She even said I could check out, which was unacceptable. 3. When I asked for an invoice, the front desk lady wouldn't even bother to explain the difference between the two types of invoices. She presented me with two different invoices to choose from, and I honestly didn't understand which one to choose. Her attitude was absolutely appalling."

"I was visiting Sanxingdui from out of town and chose this hotel on Ctrip because it had a high rating. I was completely disappointed! 1. The hotel parking lot is weird; you have to pay to park on the ground floor at the entrance, and you have to pay -1. 2. On check-in day, there were not many people, but they gave us a room at the end of the hallway! The front desk said it was the only room type we had in the entire building? They reluctantly changed us to a room in the middle. It took us less than three minutes to get up and down the stairs. They even asked if we had moved rooms and asked the staff to check. Absolutely speechless! They need to train their service! 3. After we checked out the next day, they called us to ask if we had left our room card at the front desk. Absolutely speechless! What do your front desk staff do during their shifts? We checked out at 12 PM, but they still called us at 2 PM to ask about the room card. I wasn't going to give a bad review, but this whole process was really disappointing. 4. The room smelled of old decor and was poorly designed. The shower water was not hot enough, and washing in the sink was easy to get stains on me. Not recommended!"
