I've stayed at this hotel with my family five times, and I'm always impressed by the amazing beach and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with the lifeguard. While I was swimming in front of the hotel area, he asked me to leave, claiming I wasn't allowed to swim there. I explained that it's my hotel room area, but he insisted. It wasn't until I showed him my room card that the issue was resolved.
While the hotel staff is generally great, the lifeguard's approach came across as disrespectful, especially in front of other guests. Perhaps some additional training on guest interaction would be beneficial.

Was a while that I did not stay in this Hotel, and for sure I will come back very soon. The hotel has a very large pool with a pool bar. Nice beach with a bar where you can enjoy your cocktails and food . Rooms are clean and quiet large. Staff are friendly. Breakfast offer a good selection of variety of food.

After a lengthy 4hr drive from the city of Abu Dhabi, we went straight to Mozaic Restaurant and we made it in time for their Iftar specials during this holy month of Ramadan. The buffet had a very generous selection of food, green salads, pastries, drinks and many more. The place is packed with so many diners and despite busy operations, we were greeted cordially by Prasad in the restaurant reception and were gracefully seated and assisted by Dyan and Surwa. Thanks also to Sanduni for the tasty iced caramel latte.

It‘s only the 2. day of our holiday, but we would realy raccomend the „Waves“ Restaurant for dinner. As we booked Ultra All inklusive we don‘t need to have lunch & dinner at the buffet restarant. And we make definitely the right choise! For dinner at Waves we can choose 4 dishes from the menue: soup, starter, main cours and desert. Every evening we are warmly welcomed from Myo and accompanied to the table. Myo always advises us very kindly when choosing our dishes. Salina, Nischit and Ashanka are very attentive and friendly waiters. Ashanka also explained me, how I should eat my indian dish and brought me a very tasty ginger tea after the meal. Of course, a big compliment also goes to the chef Kunal for the mega delicious food. A realy great staff! We realy enjoy our stay and hope it will go on like this. Many thanks from a swiss-italian- german couple. (This review is only about the Waves Restaurant)

I had the pleasure of spending a day at this incredible resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The resort's amenities were top-notch! I enjoyed a rejuvenating dip in the pool, followed by a delicious lunch at the in-house restaurant. The food was outstanding, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. This resort is the perfect haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. I'll definitely be back, and for a longer stay next time!

it was a good stay in Rotana Fujairah, all our team members enjoyed a lot .The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Honestly we were late to the breakfast after the team building activities even though the staff arranged food for us. We are also planning for a staycation with the family soon. Special mention to staff MR Roopesh, MR Bipin, MR Prasanth, MS Sima, MS Dasha, MS Vita, MR Habib and MR Ruwad they all had given exceptional service in the stay and activities arrangements.

My stay in Rotana was very nice for the following reasons : 1. Rooms are spacious, I got an upgrade for a small increase in fee 2. The property is well spread with good access to beach and pool 3. Food portion size is good 4. Bathroom fittings are in order :)
