Grand Palace Hotel & Resorts Dhaka

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The value for money is absolutely excellent! The staff are very polite and helpful, and they all speak English. The breakfast buffet is decent. We also really liked the gym and the sauna! Yes, that's right, there's a free sauna and steam bath! There's also a swimming pool on the roof.

Huge hotel, huge room, comfortable room, amazing service, right in the city center. Nothing to complain about, a truly modern hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with taxis and luggage. The breakfast was also very clean, hygienic, and delicious.

Everything was great! The staff were very helpful, opening doors for me, checking Uber fares, and even resolving issues. Thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and dinner was good too. Just be aware that the service charge and taxes are a bit high.

The most comfortable aspect of my trip to Bangladesh was definitely this hotel. Although I initially booked for only two days, I ended up staying here for the entire 11-day trip. It was cozy and comfortable, and the staff's kindness was, of course, outstanding. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi in my room, which kept disconnecting. If this issue could be resolved, it would truly be an excellent hotel. If you're planning a trip to Dhaka, I highly recommend Grand Palace Hotel for its superb value for money and exceptional hospitality.
