Pictures Don't the actual reality. Except location and service nothing are good in this hotel. Old room, Rats were running under the bed and toilet was dirty, shower didn’t work well, Basin may be never been cleaned. No emergency exit during any incident. The only way to get out id the lift? So what about durinf fire? Trip and booking. Com should seriously think about their partnership with this kind of hotel. Simply Don't match whatsoever. However, staffs were very polite and receptionists were very responsive and helpful.

My experience at this hotel was mixed. First of all, I would like to mention that the staff were very well-behaved and friendly. They always tried their best to provide good service, which is truly commendable. However, it was quite clear that there is a lot of negligence from the hotel owner’s side. The bed cover in the room was not clean, and some parts were torn. It seemed like the fan had not been cleaned for a long time. The furniture was old and mostly unusable. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, some basic amenities were missing—such as tea bags or coffee bags, and there was not even a simple comb available in the room. Overall, I really appreciated the behavior and sincerity of the staff. If the management improves these issues, this hotel can become 100% better.

The room location was great and the stay was comfortable overall. But the washroom amenities were missing, which was a bit disappointing.
