Hotel service not up to the mark , suffered air conditioning issue , terrible experience

Stuff are very rude. I didn’t like to stay in that hotel

Thank you for the wonderful service during my stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and truly comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again in the future and definitely recommend to others.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the rooms are pretty. I wanted to decorate my room with flowers and the hotel was completely okay with it

There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. Tea making facility in the room was poor with plug for keetle at floor level and no Tea bags.The Hotel needs to remove SHUTTLE from their description. I would NOT book this Hotel again.
