The location is good quite places and safety, but management not good, inside room environment bad smelly, air-condition Very bad , only very good all the staff respon, and they nice behaviour, cleaning poor. All floor mats is dirty no washing, need to improve management, breakfast time also late , can't get breakfast before 9:30 am say kitchen staff come late , if plan to stay there and breakfast need morning better own self preparation, the pillow is very terrible,

1）現在溝通結果是，因為我們訂單是分兩次訂的，不是一個公司，所以他沒有找到訂單，昨天平台給他打電話了，他清楚訂單，提供確認號給他了。
目前的結果是我們入住酒店能查到全款付的，我們給他的400美金，可以退回給我們。
2） 11.3，11.4沒有早餐這個我們知道11.5開始有早餐的，11.6號沒有，11.7號鬧了才有，之後沒有.11.5號開始才有早餐的。不是我們不吃，是他們服務員到我房間收費，我們跟他吵架，説早餐不好吃還給我們收費，我們預訂房間帶的有早餐，最後他們就沒給我們早餐
這邊公寓差到沒法評價，沒有早餐算了，晚上停電，空調不能用，手機不能充電，他們的電需要發電機，找他們服務員，講理要小費。無語透了。
3）門閂不能插嚴，有縫隙。晚上我還擔驚受怕的。怕人進我房間。
4 ） 蚊子🦟都咬了好幾個包，床上還有小蟲子，床上床單黑黢黢的。
5 ）他們服務員素質很差，老想着從我們身上撈錢，昨天給他們老闆吵架，最後免了5美金，今天服務員又找我要5美金，我給他發飆把賬單拍給他，讓他立刻打電話給他老闆，讓老闆對峙，最後沒有敢收錢。
6）11.5有早餐就是麪包，一杯牛奶，11.6號告訴我們衹有第一天有早餐，另外需要收費，我找他們領導鬧了，送了11.7號早餐。之後告知需要付費。
就説不用了，他們早餐不好吃還收費。讓他退早餐錢，不退。
6）一定要投訴他們，定好的早餐沒有，各種理由，沒有餐廳，他家傭人衹給我們11.5有早餐，還不好吃，11.6給他們理論，11.7給了早餐，衹有兩個早上，他們服務員還藉機問我們收費早餐，各種扯皮，給我們標準件極差，房間東西啥都是壞的，讓他退早餐的錢也不退，我們説退房他説那網上的錢也不退。懶得跟他扯皮。
早餐他們不給我們，也不退錢，我們自己出去吃了
非常亂的聊天記錄，我們的員工4人前往達卡參展，選了這個酒店，明明是5星好評，實際的情況就是這樣的！
1）不按訂單處理，訂了，付了款説沒有付款。要求付美元，否則不讓入住。關鍵是沒有帳單，衹有手寫的所謂收據！
2）早餐 明明包在房費裏，還要另外收費，關鍵是6usd/人的標準，極差！衹有一個麪包，一杯牛奶！
3）房間硬件極差，各種破損，床品不乾淨，有蚊蟲！
真不知道攜程之前的5分好評是怎麼來的

I stayed being a solo traveller to Babylon Hotel & Serviced Apartment. It's amazing place yo stay.. rooms are specious and comfortable. Foods are pricy bit tasty. I used gym and steam on rooftop. Amazing experience.with Babylon Hotel & Service Apartment.
