Great location and facilities, but cleanliness was disappointing I stayed here for one night during a recent business trip. In terms of location, service, and facilities, this hotel offers great value for the money. However, the cleanliness was very poor. For a hotel, the bathroom and overall room condition were in bad shape. Even the cups hadn't been washed properly and were visibly dirty. The hygiene level was the worst I’ve experienced.

This hotel is located in Gulshan, a high-end area of Dhaka. Being next to a lake, the views are open and the environment is quiet day and night, which was lovely. However, because it's so close to the lake, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so I'd advise against using the balcony.

"The stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!"

I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful experience. The place is very secure and has a homely environment, making it perfect for families. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The lake-view café is a highlight—you can enjoy coffee while relaxing by the big trees and beautiful lake. The deluxe rooms offer a rare nature view that’s hard to find in Dhaka. Best of all, you don’t hear the usual city noise or traffic, which makes the stay peaceful and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and relaxation in the city.
