HANSA- A Premium Residence

My stay at Hansa A – Premium Hotel in Uttara room 201 from 2nd Feb to 6 th FEB was absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing.The worst part was the food. I ordered fried rice, which is one of the simplest dishes any kitchen should be able to cook. Yet they managed to ruin it completely. It was badly cooked, tasteless, and honestly unacceptable for a hotel that calls itself “premium.” I had planned to stay four nights, but after this awful food experience, I could not continue my stay and decided to check out early on 3rd FEB For travelers, food quality is very important, and this hotel completely failed in that basic responsibility. To make things worse, when I checked out, I requested a partial refund for the unused nights. The staff did not care at all . They made no effort to solve the problem, showed no concern for customer satisfaction, and simply refused to help. This shows how poorly this hotel treats its guests once they have already taken your money. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Poor food, poor RECEPTIONIST service and zero responsibility toward customers. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not recommended as Four Stars hotel …..

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and my room was what I expect. Good price/performance.

Hansa provided a pleasant, affordable, and convenient stay with spacious, cozy rooms and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
