I had a wonderful stay at the White Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, and the surrounding scenery was a lovely bonus—peaceful and pleasant to look out onto. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Would love to have night lamps and more amenities in bathroom. A proper clean up after the guests leave and removing their stuff should be done thoroughly. However, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Foot choice for the breakfast is very limited. Would be good to have warm food served.  Overall, I like this hotel at Dhaka. Value for money.

Worst experience ever. The room was dirty, and the charge was too high. The water was very dirty, and so was the bed. There were bugs everywhere. Avoid this place

This hotel is truly top-notch. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel safe, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful service team. Cheap and nice food. Very noisy from outside roads being close to the main road. But disappointed with the rooms, not exactly clean as it looks in the photo which was probably taken when it used to be in very good condition. Rest all great.
