Grace 21 Smart Hotel

It’s very nice hotel close to the airport. My room was clean and good, but actually this type of single rooms is very small, because out of 16 m half of the size would be bathroom. Unusually big bathroom. The hotel has nice restaurant with very big menu with variants of Asian and European food. Breakfast was good, but no omelette. The Internet is fine.

Plus Excellent location very close to airport Food in the restaurant was delicious. Tried their shrimp and beef (Bengali preparation) and both were freshly cooked and tasty. Complimentary breakfast was ok and could be a bit better. Room was clean and comfortable. Cons Reception needs to be trained further else the hotel will lose guests. My Checkout time was 12 pm on 29 August. My flight got delayed by three hours so I requested a one hour late check out. Really wanted to try their restaurant again before heading to airport. My request was outright rejected by the person on duty. I would thus think twice before coming back to this hotel despite all other positives. Since located very close to the airport, management needs to pay attention to the fact that guests will occasionally need such minor support as 1-2 hour late checkout.
