Drinking water on demand given but refilled with tap water in a used bottle. Any request at reception was replied with a grin no. Make-my trip should not recommend this hotel/ lodge in future for any clients."

The hotel staff didn't even unload the luggage or help the guests with their bags when they arrived. Furthermore, a receptionist lady insisted on immediate payment by telling the driver in front of the guests. After I posted a review about this, I received an aggressive and threatening phone call from the hotel staff."
