The hotel ground is manificent, felt like we were stayjng in a bamboo forest. The staff was very caring, always checking how we felt. The food and service outstanding, they have carefully prepared plenty of take away breakfast for safaris. The personell also offered us a room upgrade- the tents are fantasyic, spacious, in a quiet space. The garden offers the impression of living in a park, we had evening walks and birdwatcing session, right there. Thank uou for everything. The only improvement we would rexommend is the pool- it needs serious cleaning. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Disappointed with the lack of transparency. The resort charges ₹1000 per bottle for outside alcohol, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. We tried calling 5–6 times to confirm, but got no response. Poor communication and hidden charges really ruined the experience. Guests should be clearly informed of such policies in advance.

Dear Krishna & Ashish Very good location best staff food is very delicious staff is courtiers thanks to WH jungle home pench for make our business tour best memorable From nature themed environment to luxurious rooms, from day swimming masti to night karaoke and other fun activities, from delicious food to best in class hospitality, and from early morning breakfast for safari to picture perfect aesthetics everything was just awesome. Also Vikesh Deshmukh is a very good & a cooperative staff which helped us through entire day with all his best services. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful & a memorable.

Had a memorable stay at Hotel Jungle Home Pench, surrounded by serene nature. The front office staff, especially Ashish, was extremely helpful and courteous. A special mention to Krishna ji, the GM, for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The restaurant food was super delicious – every meal was a treat. There are plenty of engaging in-house activities to keep guests entertained. The property is beautifully nestled in greenery, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Housekeeping and other staff were prompt, polite, and very accommodating. The resort’s ambiance blends comfort with the charm of the wild. Safari coordination was seamless and professionally handled. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pench for a relaxing yet exciting experience.

In all we have a great experience of staying in the resort. We have taken our students and faculties in all 45 peoples. But arrangement are good, food quality great, hospitality very nice. In all enjoy the stay..looking forward to plan trips in future

Welcome Heritage Jungle Home Touria resort is wonderful. It has its own charm. Located close to Touria safari gate. You can also go to other buffers from here. There service, food menu and spread is very good. Staff is well behaved and trained. It was a pleasure staying here for 2 nights. We will visit again.
