My experience was extremely negative. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but it absolutely does not live up to that standard.
We arrived in our own car, but no one helped us with our luggage. The first room we were given was in very poor condition: the air conditioning barely worked, and after just 10 minutes, it became extremely uncomfortable to be in the room. There was old furniture, an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom had rust and dirty glass. After complaining, we were moved to another room.
The breakfast was also a letdown. While there was a selection of food, the bread and pastries looked stale, and the coffee was of terrible quality.
The most serious issue was the beach. There were traces of oil products on the shore and in the water. After swimming, my feet turned black, and the next day I got stained again. I showed the hotel staff the oil marks on my feet and hands and asked for a refund for the remaining night, as I didn't consider it safe to continue my stay.
I was told that this was 'nature,' and then the staff claimed the beach had been checked and was clean. When I asked them to come with me, it turned out they had already tried to clear the contamination with rakes. Nevertheless, I immediately found new traces of oil and showed them. Other Russian-speaking women also complained about skin reactions after contact with the water.
It was particularly strange to hear the argument: 'Look at the water, it's clear, so there's no oil.' The clarity of the water is not proof of the absence of oil products. They can be present as a film, individual particles, or in the coastal zone without visually changing the color of the water.
Ultimately, after long negotiations, I did receive a refund for the remaining night.
For me, this was one of the worst hotel experiences. The hotel requires serious renovation, replacement of furniture and equipment, thorough cleaning, and a more responsible attitude towards guest safety.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially for holidays with children or pets.
