From the moment I arrived, the staff was so wonderful and kind, going the extra step to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Waking up to the sound of birds and to an amazing view was a highlight every morning. The food was definitely a standout, with fresh juices (changed my meaning of what a juice is -- a must try!) , new fruits, and meals. The hotel had easy access to a pool that was perfect to cool off on a hot day and was connected to a beach as well, so you can take your pick."

"Some of the reviews on this hotel are incredibly harsh to the point I almost cancelled due to fear, maybe things were different before but I had a great experience here despite having high standards. The rooms were finished to high spec, the service was good and fast and the hotel offers a peaceful quiet atmosphere (something not so common in Palomino or in the Caribbean region in general). If you want to be close to Palomino town this isn't the best choice for you as it's a little further out but that's why it's peaceful! The restaurant is just okay I'd say, it's a little pricey and the food is good but not spectacular. The cocktails are very good though! "
