Newly opened problem, some problems with service but everyone try to make their best. I think next year it will be better.

Very comfy bed and great sized room for us and our 10 month old. Cot bed (including duvet and pillow if needed) and bath provided including toiletries. Staff have been so accommodating to any request and great with babies! Go above and beyond to make us all happy and comfortable to enjoy our stay.

We visited as a couple at the start of October for some Autumn sun and we weren’t disappointed. We have stayed at many hotels in Turkey including, Voyage Belek, Titanic Deluxe, Xanadu, Delphin Palace, Concorde, Sussesi and this hotel beats the lot hands down and is one of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. We booked a swim up room in the adult section (Room 3050) which was in block N and had the sun from sunrise (Around 7.30am) until 1.30 in the afternoon and was clean, luxurious and a very good size with use terrace leading to the pool. The first couple of days the pool was cool but after a couple of messages to guest relations the heating was turned on. We only ate breakfast in the buffet twice as the experience of being served at your table in the adult only restaurant (Mansion) and ordering from a menu was a really, relaxing and enjoyable experience. The choice of restaurants for food during the day was plentiful and the food was superb in all of them with great service. It was so good that we never ate in the buffet at all during the day. A special mention is required for Sema in Cape restaurant and Husnu in No Se, both served us during the day and night and both went above and beyond. They were both extremely attentive, very friendly to chat with and ensured we never had an empty glass. They were both so good that we ended up taking a couple of hours for lunch on a couple of occasions as we were so relaxed. Kemal was also a very good waiter within No Se restaurant. The evening a la carte system isn’t ideal, however we managed to book one restaurant prior to arriving by emailing guest relations. On the first morning I was able to book No Se for night 3, we ate out night 4, booked Mansion on the app for night 5 but were unable to book any for night t, however after a quick visit to guest relations they booked us into the Asian restaurant with very little fuss. There is also the late night restaurant that opens at 10pm and was a lovely surprise when arriving at 1am, thirsty and hungry. The mini bar is restocked daily and our mini bar man Tuncay was a little star, always smiling, always stopping for a chat and a laugh and always with a big smile, a real credit to the hotel. The drinks are all branded and although the cocktails are a little hit and miss you can’t fault the service or the measures on all other drinks. Entertainment is not on the level of Antalya hotels but I suspect that this is in part due to the location of the hotel that has very little in the surrounding area and not many other hotels of this standard. We didn’t venture out other than a visit to Toppanyaki restaurant in Altinkum which was a great experience and a visit to the shops on the sea front which were far more enjoyable to visit than those in Belek and Lara. On the last day we were due to check out at 12 but we were leaving the hotel at 7.30pm, after a quick visit to reception we were able to secure the room for longer, we did make a payment bu

There are some good hotels in the world but this one is exceptional, it has been designed with a lot of thought and attention to detail for guest convenience and comfort. Everything throughout the hotel is immaculately clean due to the young age of this resort. The food variety and quality can not be complimented enough, they have everyone covered. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious with all accessories topped up on a daily basis, the staff are exemplary and an asset to this hotel. A lot of the times you don’t have to ask, rather it is presented to you as though the staff read your mind. Ozgé from guest reservations greets customers in the lobby everyday with a beautiful smile. No doubt I will be returning here in the future God-willing.

The animation team especially Nazife, Irem , Ebru and Omer are amazing! The activities all week long were very good and kept the children very happy. They work so hard and are always present. I would definitely return just for the kids club activities and staff members!

Hotel was really nice, but there is a lot of room for improvement. We arrived early in the morning and had a very warm welcoming, staff helped us by providing a storage room for our luggage, as the room was not ready yet and suggested we get some breakfast and then we could enjoy swimming pool area whilst waiting. Food was really good ! You really should try italian restaurant, as their pasta was AMAZING! as for the drinks , lobby was the best for making good cocktails. Every evening shows were available for kids and adults. Rooms were very clean and fridge being stocked regularly. Now the things I believe needs improving - swimming pools were freezing cold ! The only swimming pool where it was possible to stay in, was the one with sand, and even so the first 3 days it was heated, but this is my 5th day and bare in mind it does get really windy and cold at times - the pool is not heated anymore and there are barely any people in it. Drinks - we have asked at the bar for a specific drink for example baileys or bacardi and we get something else instead (irsh cream or another/cheaper brand rum) or we would get told that this is not available anymore. There are branded/imported drinks there, hence the price is a little higher than usual, but if you specificly ask for something you either get a cheaper version or being told this is no longer available. Cats everywhere, tried having nice lunch at +16 restaurant but ended up leaving without evening finishing my desert as I had cats on the table, around the table being all aggressive (7 of them at one point!) There were no ice cream available after 3 days by the pool, we were told we should go and get some from a coffee area. No snacks (crisps) available after 3 days, it seems like this hotel can't wait to close down for the season, which I understand, but you still have 3 weeks or so, so I feel bad for people who are about to come and visit this next week. The weather is getting cold, swimming pools are freezing, snacks and drinks options are becoming very limited. I did enjoy this hotel, but things need to improve starting with swimming pools, reserving a table at a la carte restaurants, as everyone else mentioned and cats being everywhere. I big fan of any animals, but when you are trying to have nice lunch/dinner and you have a cat next to you hissing at you, it's not something I prefer.

The whole place is fantastic for families. The kids had a blast in the pools and with all the activities, and we loved having time to relax by the beach. The food was amazing too, with so many options that everyone found something they loved. It’s not easy finding a place that keeps both kids and parents happy, but Barut Collection really did! We’re already talking about coming back next year. Hoping they would fix some issues ofc .

The hotel is beautiful, clean and immaculate throughout. It’s so big that you never feel that it’s overcrowded. Service from staff is excellent in all areas and they are all 5*. The reason for the 4* rating is: - A la carte booking. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. And I hear it’s because people are changing the time/date on their phones and tricking the app so that they have pre-booked reservations before the 9am daily release slot!!! SORT THIS OUT AND PEOPLE WONT BE AS ANNOYED. - freezing pools! On our penultimate day the sea salt family pool was actually warm but other than the adults only - all others were freezing! - the dangerous ladders to get in/out of pools was ridiculous- they’re all loose and need fixing urgently. - the beach areas are terrible. Entry into the water is an obstacle course of avoiding dangerous jagged rocks if you’re not confident entering from the piers. Frustrating for all ages if the beach/sea is your thing! Other than the above we did enjoy our week away but unlikely to return because of the beach/sea areas.

Just returned from a seven night stay. Rooms are lovely and spacious with a great walk in wardrobe and plenty of storage. Toiletries and mini bar restocked daily and rooms were cleaned well each day. We visited all the a la cartes although booking them was a nightmare! We had to see guest relations and contact our assistants via WhatsApp to get tables together and at the same time (we were a party of 7 and you can only book for your room). Menus are through QR codes but you cannot make the text bigger so those with sight problems will struggle. Pools were freezing but the sunbeds were very comfortable and plenty of towels available. The gym is great with plenty of up to date equipment and weights. There are also lots of classes running throughout the day. Overall, a great hotel with loads of facilities and helpful, friendly staff.
