Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. All staff are very welcoming. The A la carte team in the seafood restaurant were incredible and the food high quality and very tasty. The entertainment team were so good and the evening entertainment was great. The room was good and the whole resort spotlessly clean. All staff were very friendly, helpful and worked so hard. This was an amazing holiday and I would not hesitate to go back

Amazing hotel. I have just returned from a week's holiday here with family. Myself, my husband and our two sons (5 & 1) plus two other adults in different rooms. I was a bit nervous because of the recent negative reviews. I can honestly say that I do not understand those reviews. We think this hotel is wonderful. It is so beautiful and so well designed. Every detail is thought out and we loved it! I've never written a review but this place deserves it. Also, I leave this review having had weather that wasn't great for most of our holiday and quite a few disappointing experiences so I'm not just in that post holiday happiness! This is a genuinely honest review of our experience of the hotel, despite other elements of our holiday not being as expected. I've detailed our experience below. It's a long read but I always like to read tons of reviews before booking somewhere (as I did before booking this place) so I tried to answer questions I would have. I also mention Jet2 holidays at the end of the review. If you've booked with them it's worth reading our experience (very good!) Food: We thought the food was amazing. So many options and definitely enough variety to change what you eat each night. For example, one night a pasta dish, next night Chinese food, next night breads and meat. We thought the food was full of flavour and they are constantly bringing our fresh portions. The staff are happy to serve you your drinks and bring large bottles of water to the table for you. Honestly we have no complaints at all regarding the food. Cleanliness: The communal areas were very clean. In some areas the carpet looks a little tired (this is a maintenance thing, not cleanliness as it was still spotless) but this is the only thing I noticed. All three of our rooms were clean. There is a panel near the door to the room where you can click make up room/do not disturb etc. This lets housekeeping know you would like your room resetting and cleaning and they do it everyday. They would always mop the floors too and clean the outside area (balcony/patio). There were always people cleaning. At meal times there were several people sweeping up constantly. We had a messy one year old and they would sweep under his high chair regularly. They never did this in a judgemental way or rushing us. They were always smiling and interacting with him. But it meant that the eating rooms were always tidy which we liked. There are quite a few 'stray' cats around. We absolutely loved that though and had no issue with it. They were very friendly and obviously used to being around people. The cats looked well looked after and if they were in the buffet area the staff would kindly shoo them away. A particularly chunky cat would always hang out near the seafood restaurant. He obviously knew what he was doing! Staff: We found all the staff to be really friendly. On arrival, very helpful and kind bellboys helped gather all our things and helped each of us to our rooms. Our room was down

I have finally come round to writing a review for this hotel, I have recently seen some bad reviews so thought to share my experience. I went in September 2023, I know it was a while ago but hey! When we arrived, staff were very friendly and we were offered welcome drinks. We had booked 2 sea view rooms, but they upgraded us for free to a 2 bedroom Swip up villa, this automatically set us off for a great holiday. The pool around the villa was my favourite, peaceful and quiet and the bar is just perfect! We made some lovely friends. I would say the main pool was loud and quite busy, but was still very maintained and nice to use. The bars were good, but the drinks did taste different each time I ordered the same thing.. would be good to have measurements so this doesn’t happen. Just local spirits. We found the buffet to be very repetitive, we ended up going out the hotel for at least 5 of our 10 days, which added to cost when already paying for all inclusive. However, the restaurants outside the hotel were amazing!! Also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel and is also very cheap, can also call the restaurants/whatsapp and they will come get you for free! We did try a couple al a cartes, the Japenese wasn’t the best but the Italian was very yummy! The staff were super friendly and helpful, no faults! The hotel as a whole was very nice, entertainment was okay but doesn’t really bother me as not something I go for! I thought the beach was lovely and looked after. Couldn’t fault it. We did do some excursions, we did the boat trip and the jeep safari, both were brilliant! Overall, was a good holiday, and would recommend to try it given the price!

Where can I start, the hotel is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a lake room. The view wasn’t the best and people walking past on a night would make a lot of noise which was annoying. - the food was nice - The animation team are amazing. -the waiters and kitchen staff are amazing and work really hard. -the beds are really hard and not comfortable but the pillows are comfortable. - the cleaners do not clean properly ! I have a dust allergy and I was coughing every night and needing my antihistamines everytime I would come back to the room. We had an ashtray that hadn’t been emptied once, they didn’t clean anything properly just made the beds and moved a few things around. - some of the reception team are friendly but most of them look like they don’t want to be there and are not helpful if you have a query. - guest relations team also just sit there staring at you blankly when you go to them with a query and make you feel like your bothering them if you try ask for assistance. The attitude is awful. They are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. We booked excursions from Charlie in the lobby through regal travel had a really good experience and reasonable prices too. There is a cash machine right at the entrance of the hotel barriers if you need to exchange money. Overall the hotel grounds are stunning and the staff do work hard but the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of guest relations and reception ruined our holiday to be honest.

Excellent service from the hotel. Definitely recommend to all, especially families. A special mention for Sila, who helped me set up a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife. The shows for the children are unbelievable, my children absolutely loved them.

Just great. Nice people and fantastic venue. Food is great, people are great, rooms are beautiful….. Cocktails good. Yes we enjoyed. Guest relations team was extremely helpful. Really enjoyed. Hope we come back here soon and special thanks to Yunus, Derya, Ceren and their team.
