The front desk staff are very helpful. Breakfast has a good choice of Chinese food. Many advertised amenities are closed (perhaps indefinitely) No Western restaurant. No swimming pool. No spa facilities. So value for money is poor.

副樓臨江面窗户外就是一個巨大電信停號塔和一個廠房。副樓院子不大車位有限，如停不進來，拖行李會走比較遠。房間不大，基本三星賓館傳統設施。可惜，地板不乾淨，別處就沒細看，挺晚的不想自找堵心。離繁華商業街比較遠大約1.5公里吧。早飯非常簡單，煮蛋花捲稀飯豆漿特別淡的牛奶，牛肉麪，二種小拌菜。。。沒有鹹菜。。。

亮點是充電樁速度很快，但有其他車佔位卻沒有任何管理。房間設施乏善可陳，可以看到雪山算是一個優點。
其他的，酒店缺乏維護，沒有暖氣沒有空調，毛巾都很粗糙衞生堪憂，服務人員心不在焉。

頂着洲際的名稱，但衞生實在太差了。衞生間就像沒打掃似的，肥皂盤裡還有頭髮，淋浴房不忍直視，花灑還是壞的，電話也是壞的。馬桶掀開那一剎那有衹打蒼蠅飛出來，噁心極了。之後手機給前台請服務員來打掃也是等了很久，我看着服務員打掃的過程極度粗糙，沒有任何消毒過程，衹用紙巾擦了一下馬桶蓋，我特意提成需要消毒，回覆我説沒有。頓覺驚掉下巴。早飯更是各種臟，連筷子都是濕漉漉，整個餐廳找不到一張紙巾，品種非常單一，就是什麼便宜放什麼，4個蔬菜，牛奶香腸之類想都別想。牛肉麪廚師一下燒一堆，去取時已經全部冷了，更別提有調料。奉勸大家慎選，不要因為掛着洲際牌子或外觀來選擇。原本不是旺季做成這樣，真無語了。

為什麼根本就沒有打掃，特別臟杯子裏面的水都沒換，別人喝的都沒有去及時的清洗，我就不知道為什麼就這麼敷衍的嗎？而且一個小縣城，500多也算是蠻貴的了，服務態度這麼差呢，我再也不會去了，這是我住酒店最差的一次，我也是第1次寫評價。拖鞋我塞進去就是這個樣子，難道就不看一下的嗎？都看圖吧，是真的特別差。

春節旅行從扎尕那出來住到這裏。選的大床房，是地暖，在附樓。房間是新裝修的，但沒有味道，大床房也夠大，床品也乾淨，冬季的山裡還是比較冷的，又跟前台要了一床被子，很快就送過來了，熱水很好。衹是房門和地的縫隙較大，往屋子裡竄風，拿地巾堵上就好很多。總體感覺不錯。

酒店挺大，設施一般，走廊裏黑漆漆的燈也不亮，尤其讓人吐槽的是酒店服務，説好的早上七點半送餐，等到八點半退房走了也不見送，客房服務和總枱電話半天也沒人接，估計是怕客人麻煩。房價還挺高，周邊吃飯也不方便，不值得向大家推薦。

把洛克和洲際硬湊在一起是一個災難，糟蹋了洛克的英明，也毀了洲際的形象，徒有外表，沒有靈魂，大概就是這樣吧，晚上去點菜吃飯竟然沒有啤酒供應，洗澡間空間侷促，裏面沒有放置沐浴用品的位置，太搞笑了！
