This is my first time writing a review on Ctrip. Let me first state my conclusion: the most beautiful and kind-hearted proprietress in Zhagana deserves the title! Because I have a mild obsession with cleanliness and I pay much attention to the accommodation environment, when choosing a homestay, I stayed in more than a dozen hotels with a score of 4.7+ for a few days in the review section, and finally chose Jingyuan. The first thing I liked was that his room was renovated in the past two years, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the location was also good (the higher the village, the better the scenery, but the high altitude is prone to altitude sickness, so Ye Ri Village is a good choice). Sure enough, after arriving, I found that the room was as clean and tidy as shown in the picture, and the shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. The beautiful proprietress took care of us like family. She enthusiastically helped us plan our tour route and took us directly to the observation deck to watch the sunset (usually B&Bs would help with directions which is very thoughtful). The restaurant she recommended was also very delicious (she has her own restaurant on the first floor, the Sichuan chef’s dishes are very authentic, and there are many people at mealtime). The proprietress generously said that we could eat anywhere we wanted and recommended other restaurants in the village to us. After dinner, she even forced me to eat some homemade snacks.
The next morning the lady boss said she was not very busy and took us to see the waterfall in the ditch nearby. I thought it was a small hiking route, but it turned out to be a large loop of 4.5 hours. Along the way, the sister showed us the pasture where she lived when she was a child, the various types of mushrooms along the way, and picked wild strawberries from the mountains for us to taste (so sweet). As I write this, I still feel very moved when I recall her hearty and brilliant smile.
On the last day, because we had to set out early in the morning to reverse the Rock Road, the sister was afraid that we would not have breakfast. Even though I said I had brought enough snacks and dry food, she still bought us milk and bread. She also thoughtfully prepared extra mineral water for us to take with us. This heavy thought touched me inexplicably. Even though I travel frequently and have met many B&B owners, this is the first time I have met such a sincere and kind proprietress. This is a treasure for all travelers! Please cherish it, hahaha.
By the way, the proprietress will be very busy during the peak season, and it is rare to have a 4-hour circumambulation of the mountain (the lady said she missed the ranch where she lived as a child so she went with us, and usually she only goes back once a year), so please be rational in your expectations of special surprises. After all, the homestay is clean and hygienic, the decoration is comparable to the chain stores in the city, and the waitress is responsive, which is very good in Zhagana.
