I was in the area for work, so just needed the room for a night. I noticed a lot of rocks and debris walking up the stairs and down the hall to my room. Once I entered my room, I was shocked to find more gravel and trash all over the carpet. It appeared that the linens were changed and that was about it. There were pee stains on the floor and down the toilet. Sticky, grubby, hand prints could be found everywhere, on the bathroom door handle and on the dresser. The night stand, desk, and coffee table were also left smeared with mystery sticky messes. Upon asking to have another room, I was told that they were fully booked, housekeeping was not in today, and no one else was available. The shape of this property and the lack of staff are unacceptable. Stay, literally, anywhere else.

Had the feeling of a homeless men’s shelter. Old, water stained, scratched, mismatched furniture you would find in a Goodwill or Red Cross. Had a giant, metallic children’s bunk bed in the corner of the room and we have no children. The bathroom is worn, peeling, depressing. Was not comfortable to shower, sleep, lay down and the front desk clerks refusal to come down to speak with me as the front desk continually was vacant also left me with not best feeling for staying.

Very quiet … even on the Highway 6 side (front) of the building. Very comfortable. Customer service was very accommodating! Spot-on! Nice fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Clean. I couldn’t have more pleased and I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

The staff was extremely rude and even threatened me before I even checked in. After discussing this with the staff member and being referred to the manager, I got verbal confirmation of a full refund from the manager and stayed at a nearby hotel instead. We never checked in and did not stay here. Months later, 3 Peaks Lodge has still not refunded the bill after multiple attempts to contact them. There are several other reviews like this where the staff threatened guests, was extremely rude to guests, or walked into guests rooms unannounced. On top of that, the place is dirty and the included amenities are often unavailable. To attempt to get my money back, I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company, file a complaint to the BBB, and file a complaint with the CO Attorney General. This has been a massive waste of my time. Do not stay here. Go to Keystone resorts or anywhere else. Something is wrong with the staff and management at this place.

its cheap, location good - walk to keystone lifts 10 mins , 10 mins drive to A basin. Two or three food options within short walk. Rooms at front face I 70 if traffic bothers you. It's dated, grubby and un loved but adequate in a hostel type way. Most of the time no one around so forget any help with anything. If it was not for the local activities this place would be gone in a blink. we had a useful basic kitchen but I had to clean out cupboards then wash and buy utensils before I felt I could use anything. I threw a lot of food left in cupboards away, some of it dated 2012, 2010. It could be fantastic with good owners and a refurb- I notice the site is for sale at a mind boggling 20 million. Had a small package delivered and spent 4 days trying to get it from mail box as the only member of staff - did not know they had a deliverable address, could not contact owner manger, then could not get keys, sent me to downtown postal office who confirmed delivery, four days of that and a general lack of interest. I left without the package that I could see in mailbox. I have never had an email replied to You get the picture . Better than camping, plenty of hot water and bed was comfortable. Plenty of businesses do lo cost well- not this one.

It’s dirty and definitely needs upgrades. If you’re looking for a cheap motel though, it does the job.

This property is dated but convenient to Keystone and a 15 minute walk to the lift. My room had a bed, bunk beds, table, couch, and a full size refrigerator. There was little room once I brought my ski gear in. It was just me, can’t imagine adding 2 more people. I’d stay again if in a pinch for a place to stay close to Key.
