Very disappointed with the breakfast service as only 2 of us waited for 30min just to get a seat for us to have breakfast, told the staff to arrange for table, but that didn't happen. We left without having breakfast. Very very bad service even after I told the staff, no proactive action. Please improve."

Lot's of open space, activities for all ages, cycling, cricket, badminton, tt, zipline, rope walk, archery, baloon shooting, caram, chess, ball pool, snooker, board games etc. They have rabbits and birds etc in resort. Very good hospitality allowed early check-in and even though we have checked out in the morning and we have our return trip planned in the evening allowed to use resort and help us in need. Indeed a great and memorable stay"

I have went their with Two Nights Booking but left Hotel with-in Span of 18 Hours. Points - Property is not maintained properly, No cleanliness around the Buildings, Rooms, Lobby, Restaurants. Completely Non Operational Bar. They nothing like Bar inside the property They have nothing Like Gym / Wellness center / or spa ( though it is mentioned on website) don't get misguided by it, Spa is closed after Covid Lockdown - As said by Mr Ashwin ( Receptionist) Terrible Staff - Asking wifi password and i'd from Receptionist Mr ashwin is as compared to Asking his Kidney for donation. No Bell Boy / Staff to support for luggage. Heavy shortage of Staff Rooms are not clean and not worth to pay at any of the category, Bathrooms are not maintained, Showers oth working Properly, Geysers are just for show - not working. NO DRINKING WATER SUPPLY FROM RESORT. Terrible Restaurant - Highly Shortage of Staff, Not well trained and completely Non Professional staff with No Mamager to take Care, Have to wait 40 Mins to Simple Ghee Dosa also, Food is very much Average. Very islotaed type location of property This is Just the rooms and stay - Not a Resort, not worthy to pay, I did this Biggest mistake "

"Excellent stay experience at the Xanadu Birkenhead villa. Had booked the entire villa wiyh 2 bed rooms for the stay. Location is perfect, cut off from the town, excellent view of hillside, and in the midst of nature. Staff is very courteous. Cook is excellent and cooks exactly as per needs and on time. Games room was excellent for kids, common for both Xanadu properties. Hot water was available readily, heater/blower available in rooms though mightn't be adequate for the temperature. They had big umbrellas available for guests to take ***** for the daytime as needed. Birkenhead has their main office, and Meghadoot is a bit ahead. There is one covered car parking and other cars can park on the approach road. Overall, an amazing experience."

"Tried booking using the contact numbers in their website and could reach one Mr Jayaprakash who gave the number of Mr Mani for Resort booking. Mr Mani assisted me in the booking process and collected some advance payment online for the dates I wanted. After getting the Resort In Charge Ms Mallika contact number, insisted for Suite room and got it booked. Informed Ms Mallika for taking my car from the base to the Resort parking using their driver. Drove via Dindigul, Sembati and Chitraiyu and reached Tranquil Nest Resort base. Ghat section in this route is somewhat risky. Mr Siva took us by our car from the base to the Resort parking. Suite room was neat and clean. Weather was pleasant. Food was prepared as per our choice by Mr Kandasamy and was very tasty. Service provided by the personnel there was very warm and kind. Gym room and Carrom, Ludo, Chess room are also available. TV is available only in this Carrom board room. We visited using local car - Mr Gnasekar, Thandikudi Murugan Temple, Pannaikkadu View Point. Understood that via Pannaikkadu we can reach Kodaikanal road. And other places are Pulla Veli Waterfalls and Pannaikkadu Murugan Temple. We purchased an Ornamental plant, White Pepper, Jackfruit, Butter fruit etc.. After staying two nights in this resort , we returned via Pannaikkadu and Thandikudi Road Section, reached Kodaikanal road and safely returned back home. "

"It was no where compared to resort. Towels not available. Hot water only for couple of hours in morning. In name of breakfast just idli and pongal. Room and bathroom was below average."
