"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a cheerful attitude. The room was large, well-kept, and offered a stunning balcony view. Housekeeping maintained excellent standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide selection of both local and north dishes that made each morning delightful. The property itself is serene and peaceful, providing the perfect environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Its location is also very convenient, with markets and key attractions close by. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly come back again."

The Xanadu Birkenhead

"Excellent stay experience at the Xanadu Birkenhead villa. Had booked the entire villa wiyh 2 bed rooms for the stay. Location is perfect, cut off from the town, excellent view of hillside, and in the midst of nature. Staff is very courteous. Cook is excellent and cooks exactly as per needs and on time. Games room was excellent for kids, common for both Xanadu properties. Hot water was available readily, heater/blower available in rooms though mightn't be adequate for the temperature. They had big umbrellas available for guests to take ***** for the daytime as needed. Birkenhead has their main office, and Meghadoot is a bit ahead. There is one covered car parking and other cars can park on the approach road. Overall, an amazing experience."

"First time to kodaikanal, booked 2nights at warmth Hill crest which is 4-star by our travel agent. Hotel location is far off from the town. We got a shock of the state of the room which is not the same as the website. Run down. We checked out the next day."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The place was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation and birding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Owner & staff were extremely friendly and caring, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Food was fresh and tasty, served with great hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team, we’ll surely visit again!"

4U Resort

"I can't even begin to describe the nightmare of a place this so called resort it. it's not 4U it's screwU . Unclean rooms, no heater, stained linens , broken door panes , no in room service , musty water dispenser in lobby, torn foot mats and runners , unhygienic washrooms, broken faucets and clogged drains in washroom are a few things that I can tell you about immediately. And yes the mounds. I chose to let go of my 8k and immediately check out of the horrid place, situated next to dump yard and a swamp full of bio organisms hazardous to health. won't recommend to book . hasn't been helpful in resolving the issue and getting a refund issued despite follow up and sharing 25 plus photos as proof of teh horrid place. Travels be aware don't waste your money"

Cottages by the Creek.

"Cottage by creek is a perfect destination if you want to spend quality time amid-st scenic hill views. Rooms are well maintained. Being a vegetarian it was an additional advantage for us that their restaurant is pure veg. Overall very good stay"
