環境：南麗湖景區環境極好，但酒店外部社區設施老舊，甚至有破損。
服務：極其熱情到位，讓我們有賓至如歸感覺，前台部門特別突出，郝經理、小陳、小文個個認真負責，規範熱情；酒店餐飲部廚藝製作上品，色香味好，雖然價格小貴，但服務優秀，值得稱道。
