Hotel is in / part of the Wenbi Mountain complex - not in the village over the road as indicated on the map.
The rooms are new and well appointed in a quiet location under the Daoist temple mountain, and are ideal for a visit to that location. However , there is not much about if not visiting the temple complex. Rooms are chalet style bungalows on a single floor level.
Staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out that the room rate covered two free entries to the Daoist complex [normally 52 kuai each], so the room rate is actually 100 kuai less than advertised.
Breakfast was included and served to the room at your pre-selected time, a cold selection of egg, baozi, pastries and pickles, depending on if the Chinese or Western breakfast is selected on check-in. No coffee in the room but black and green tea bags, kettle etc.
Only slight annoyance was some numpty in an adjoining room deciding that everyone in the hotel should suffer his trumpet / sax playing and the quiet evening sitting outside with a cold beer was suddenly was rent with his renditions. It took two complaints to reception before it was stopped, and I am not sure if it was their intervention or the chap just grew tired of blowing, but peace was restored after half an hour or so. Just typical of Chinese to do what they want, when they want, with no consideration for anyone else. However I can't blame the hotel for one rogue guest - as he or his ilk seem to be present at every hotel and residence.
We will go back and explore the complex again as we only had a cursory two hour climb / visit. I would recommend this hotel as a relaxing experience, and the excursion up the mountain is good exercise combined with soul-searching tranquillity. I was surprised how few people were there on a Sunday morning, we had the whole place to ourselves just about. It might not have been so pleasant on a religious holiday or when the hordes descend.

I don't know which smart design put the air conditioner on the bedroom wall, and the duplex room has to go up the second floor stairs. The air conditioner at night was noisy and the air conditioner was turned off in the middle of the night. The most basic function of the hotel is to let passengers rest well. This anti-human design is already flawed and cannot be changed. The future development of the hotel will be difficult.

Facilities: This hotel is composed of two buildings. The one I stayed in was newly renovated. The room was new. The equipment and facilities are relatively advanced in the local area. The Xiaoai speaker can be called to listen to music at any time. The curtains are electric. The TV can be projected. The bathroom is actually separated into dry and wet areas. The bathing equipment is relatively new, which is amazing.
Hygiene: The sheets are very clean and the hygiene is acceptable. Especially the bathroom is clean and tidy. The room is grand and the glass is transparent. You can enjoy the scenery of the town.
Service: The front desk service is good and responsive. If it is not busy that day, the room is upgraded for free. The feedback can be solved as soon as possible.
Surroundings: The supermarket, snacks, and breakfast downstairs are very close. It is a short walk from the station and the shopping mall. The nearby chicken rice restaurant is also recommended.

This hotel is simply the savior of returning to Nantian! As soon as I entered the door, I was surrounded by warm service. The front desk lady smiled and took the initiative to help with the luggage. She also reminded me that the ground was slippery. The hotel's dryer is simply an artifact, so you don't have to worry about the dampness of returning to Nantian!
Health is very good, the bedding is good, and it is very comfortable to sleep. Next time I come to Ding'an, I will stay at this hotel.

This time I stayed at the Smart Choice Hotel in Ding'an, it was really a very pleasant experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt full of warmth and caring. The front desk service of the hotel was particularly warm, the staff was smiling, and the check-in was very efficient. I also took the initiative to introduce me to the hotel's facilities and surrounding food and attractions, which really made me feel at home.
The sanitary condition of the room made me very satisfied. The whole room was spotless, the bed was clean and tidy, the bathroom was cleaned very thoroughly, there was no smell, giving people a very peace of mind. Especially the bedding, soft and comfortable, sleeping very comfortable, let me get a full rest during the trip. The hotel's cleaning team is really attentive, every detail is handled in place, and there is no need to worry about hygiene when living here.

Ggairei我對酒店要求不是很高，衹要衞生乾淨，基本配套齊全，因為事先察看，酒店主要價格實惠。住進後體驗感覺確實可以。酒店裝修陳舊基本都是冷色調，因為縣城酒店所以也就將就了。衹是邊上商店做推銷音響音量太大，擔心晚上休息受影響，不過晚上後沒有那麼響了，衹是商業街的吵雜聲。總體感覺這個價格很實惠。
