It's a five-star hotel. The room smells terrible. There are no bathrobes. The shower room is small and not ventilated. It smells terrible. The underground toilet is not clean either.

酒店是新開的今次入住總體感覺不錯，早餐也算豐富，可惜有點不如意嘅地方就是1、因為酒店是新開的所以房間還是有點裝修氣味；2、洗手間馬桶與酒店房間裝修格格不入，正如其他住客評論，經常堵塞很難去水，我第1天入住就已經要師傅來疏通。

有點懂為什麼這家酒店定南高端榜第一卻評分不高，因為這家店的服務和設施很彆扭，匹配不上品牌調性。1、酒店裝修看着高大上但酒店馬桶是最基礎的，不是智能馬桶，空調也是中央空調調節無效，電視無法投屏，這三點普通酒店都已實現，這個25年開業的酒店不能實現。2、前台和客房服務不專業，入住辦理很慢，前台幹活機械、沒有問候、態度麻木、早餐房間號電梯等關鍵訊息沒有主動提供，還是那句話，不匹配的擰巴。客房服務也是，衞生沒做好，需要復做。3、早餐品類跟🍊酒店等級一類，各自判斷吧。
