The hotel stay is more comfortable overall, the facilities are complete, and the environment is clean and tidy. Service needs to be improved: 1. The breakfast room should be strictly implemented by swiping the card. I went to breakfast and was told that a woman had already registered! How did she register without a room card? 2. Considering that the itinerary may change, I booked the hotel in two orders. I checked the order with the front desk on the first day of check-in, and also confirmed that if I continued to live, I could not change the room. The next day I applied for a renewal. After repeated verification, I told me to change the room and make up the difference. In fact, I checked in the last class, but I didn't hand over it clearly with the next class. Such two mistakes are very low-level! Hope to improve the quality of service!

Very satisfied, the health is very clean, the eldest sister's service attitude is very good, there are many types of breakfast, very warm, this is highly recommended to me by friends, it really did not disappoint 😍, I highly recommend this place, parking is also very convenient, they have their own parking lot here, Don't worry about stopping on the roadside or something.

GGuest UserGood location, not far from the high-speed exit, plenty of parking spaces in front of the door. Very good hotel, although old, but not old, room facilities should have, convenient to use, clean, comfortable to stay, quiet at night. The hotel has its own restaurant, dinner can be ordered, breakfast is very good, rich and healthy, millet porridge is especially good. The only thing that feels insufficient is that the restaurant private room waiter is not professional enough, chatting together, and lacks the politeness to welcome guests. But the front desk service is very thoughtful and warm.
It is also close to several attractions in Dingzhou from the hotel, and I will choose the National Hotel next time. 👍

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
Free bathing is not bad!
