Nice place and very quite, right on the edge of a forest. However, breakfast is not prepared at the premise but transferred from the main building that causes it to be marginally warm, nothing special as a breakfast and lower quality, very low sound insulation between the rooms, towels provided had lots of stains on them - questioned cleanness. Overall lower quality and services for the price.

We visited the vip chalet for 3 nights. We were 3 families with small children aged 3-9. The landscape and the position of the hotel is truly amazing but the service is terrible. First of all, we arrived at the hotel exactly at the check in time, 15:00 and we managed to get in our room at 18:00. During that time we went to the playground (January!!!). As a result, the kids were tired and cold and we just had to wait for a room that we paid for 900 per night! Moreover no one took us to the room as a welcome or to show us anything about it. They just pointed out which one is ours and we had to get back for the key. The breakfast was poor and not continental, as the director writes in another comment. There was no milk and cereals, no yogurt, no cheesepie and they said that we had to choose coffe or juice per person. The breakfast had jam, honey, eggs, bananas and apples. The sofa of the living room of the room was broken and when we mentioned that, they replied simply that they are aware of it and nothing more. We even had to argue about the parking outside our room. In addition to these, the wifi is almost not working. After hours of arguing they refunded 250€ in more than 7000€ that we paid in total. As a result it definitely not value for money. It is highly NOT recommended.

Πέραν της τοποθεσίας που είναι μέσα στο δάσος, δεν αξίζει κάτι άλλο. Ο δρόμος για να φτάσεις είναι άθλιος χωματόδρομος (το χειμώνα με τα χιόνια λασπόδρομος με άπειρες λακκούβες, που λόγω του χιονιού δεν τις βλέπεις και σπας το αυτοκίνητο, εμάς σκίστηκε η μία χιονοκουβέρτα!!). Με το που φτάσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι αν θέλαμε να κάνουμε χρήση του τζακιού θα έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 20 ευρώ τη σακούλα τα ξύλα!!.... Λες και θα έρθει κάποιος εδώ χειμώνα μέσα στα χιόνια και δεν θα θέλει να το ανάψει!!........ Ο ιδιοκτήτης αφού του μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο μας είπε ότι κι αυτός τα πληρώνει τα ξύλα, χαχαχα!! Τελικά μας έκανε χάρη και μας κέρασε την πρώτη σακούλα, χαχαχα!! Επιπλέον το Άρτεμις που μείναμε, ωραίο γενικά ,αλλά όλο με μάρμαρο και με ένα μικρό χαλάκι , δεν σου δίνει την αίσθηση του ζεστού σπιτιού μέσα στο χειμώνα.. Το κερασάκι ήταν ότι το πρωί της μέρας που φεύγαμε, από τις 10.00 έκοψαν τη θέρμανση με χιόνια έξω και 0 βαθμούς!!.. Και όλα αυτά με μόνο 200 ευρώ τη βραδιά, χωρίς πρωινό!!!!!!!!!!!!

Η τοποθεσία των δωματίων είναι καταπληκτική, μέσα στο δάσος, με απόλυτη ηρεμία και επαφή με την φύση. Ο Θάνος ήταν ένας από τους καλύτερους οικοδεσπότες που έχουμε συναντήσει, ευγενικός, φιλικός κι παρά πολύ πρόθυμος σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά, κ προσεγμένα ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια απόδραση στη φύση. Το πρωινό πλούσιο με «σπιτικό» άρωμα που σερβίρεται μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Θάνος είσαι η ψυχή του chalet και γι αυτό το λόγο το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Αρχικά η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, μέσα στα έλατα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Πλούσιο πρωινό, το οποίο σερβίρεται μέσα στο σαλέ, και επειδή είχαμε και έναν μπόμπιρα 2μιση ετών μαζί μας, το πρωινό συμπεριελάμβανε και δημητριακά-γάλα-φρέσκο χυμό για τον μικρό. Το κατάλυμα έχει και κουζίνα, που λειτουργεί σε ένα ευρύ ωράριο, και φέρνει φαγητό στο δωματιο. Οτι φάγαμε ήταν εκπληκτικό! Λόγω μιας αναβάθμισης που έγινε από το προσωπικό της μονάδας, μείναμε σε 2 διαφορετικά δωμάτια, και τα δυο εξαιρετικά. Η θέα που έχουν όλα τα δωμάτια (με αποκορύφωση τα πάνω-μεγάλα δωμάτια) είναι τρομερή. Ότι καλύτερο!! Ο υπεύθυνος και όλα τα παιδιά που εργάζονται στον χώρο είναι παραδείγματα προς μίμηση!
