We reserved La Villa du Lac because of the SPA and nice restaurant on the pictures at "stay for long". In reality it was a horrible ghost hotel - the SPA was closed with NO water, the restaurant was also closed like the main hotel see foto's. Stay for long diden't want to pay any of the approximately 200 Euro per day back or talk about any compensation :-( The promised WIFI diden't work, so we got a big bill for mobile data when we got home. Stay Away from La Villa du Lac and Don't use "Stay for long" for booking !!

Not at all relaxing or family friendly. No access to swimming pool, 'cocktail bar' non existing. Very cold and unwelcoming. A black mark on our holiday. Receptionist was rude and not solution based. Really needs to decide what type of hotel they want to be.

We celebrated our end of the year Christmas dinner with 50 persons at the Villa du Lac; very professional preparation, flexibility in the set up, delicious food, excellent service - we had a lovely evening

We organised our annual company event at the Hôtel & Résidence La Villa du Lac with overnight stay. We had 50 participant and we were very satisfied with the staff and the service. The buffet lunch was especially well done. THANK YOU!

L’endroit est magnifique et serait parfait si l’équipe et les patrons changeaient. Le serveur lève les yeux au ciel et soupirs quand on lui demande les parfums de glace. Le pire restera l’hôtel, où j’ai trouvé dans mon lit une punaise de lit. Je suis alors descendue à la réception où on m’a répondu “on ne peut rien faire pour vous” et “c’est juste des insectes ça va”. Super. J’ai donc demandé des draps propres, on m’a alors simplement tendu un drap couverture soi-disant propre mais tachés en me disant que je devrais refaire mon lit toute seule. J’ai dû négocier pour avoir l’ensemble des draps (le drap du dessous et taies d’oreiller) qui n’étaient même pas à la bonne taille. Je n’ai pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit, ne sachant dans une pièce infestée de punaise de lit. Ils ne se sont jamais excusés de leur comportement aberrant et ont même impliqué que je fabulais alors que j’avais la photo…

Week-end merveilleux dans cet hôtel pour le pont de l’ascension 2024! Rien à redire. Tout le personnel est agréable, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. L’hôtel est magnifique intérieur et extérieur, est d’une propreté irréprochable. Immense terrasse extérieure. La chambre côté lac magnifique et très calme. Le coin salon pour partager une planche le soir super! Le patron est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Piscine SPA hammam salle de sport au top ! Juste un tout petit regret pas de jets dans la SPA. Super séjour et Fête d'anniversaire. Nous avons réalisé un événement et la plupart des invités ont séjourné dans d'hôtel. L'organisation de l'événement s'est trés bien passé ainsi que le long de la fête. Tout ça, grâce à l'ensemble de l'équipe très aimable et professionnel. Les chambres sont superbes ainsi que le SPA et la restauration. Un grand merci à tous!

Chambre spacieuse, belle vue, literie correcte. Chambre à rafraîchir meubles abîmés. Manque bouilloire pour thé ou café. Spa trop petit, certains équipements ne fonctionnaient pas, pas assez de transat à l extérieur. Restauration : dîner buffet médiocre petit déjeuner parfait. Personnel restauration pas assez souriant. Structures extérieur comme parasol toile déchirée. Déçu par ce séjour.
