Evènement familial grave quelques jour avant le séjour en plein mois de juin très fréquenté, demande de décaler le séjour à septembre (période moins fréquenté). Dans ce cas de figure, souhaitent facturer des frais d'annulation du montant de la nuité (plus de 500 euros). A moins de demander à une personne mourante un certificat médical (réalisent t'il vraiment ce qu'ils demandent).

Je ne conseillerai aucune personne à visiter cet hôtel car il possède beaucoup d'inconvénients. Climatiseur faible c.à.d chambre chaude. Nourriture sous la moyenne. L'absence dune plage privée. En général c'est nulle. Note finale 3/20

L’hôtel le plus pourri pour un 4 étioles par rapport qualité/ prix, très sale, Excréments séché dans la douche exterieur vers la piscine qui n’a pas été nettoyé depuis des jours, Nourriture très mauvaise, chaque repas la même chose, du poulet réchauffé à chaque repas, petit déjeuner avec un minimum, pain qui sent le raci , poisson bon marché avec des quantité d’arrêt. Dessert inexistant apart du melon verte et pruneaux et glace c’est tout…. Merguez et poulet à tout les repas, salade verte on a pas vu une seule feuille apart des tomates et olives… pour plus de 150 Euro par jour nous avons eu milles fois mieux en Tunisie les autres fois.. donc un ibis budget est beaucoup mieux que cet hôtel, donc déçu sauf la seule chose positive c’est les gens qui travaillent sont super gentil et serviable…. Vraiment j’attendais un minimum pour un 4 étoiles. Donc je ne retournerai jamais dans ce lieux. Donc à éviter car il y’a mieux et c’est la 4 eme fois que j’ai été et je parle en connaissance de cause!!!
