Stay elsewhere if you can. Operated by scam business TTS. Refused to respond to our complaint and claimed everything was wonderful. Dishonest, rude, aggressive and intimidating was our experience of TTS, not family friendly. They just ignored us.

I recently returned for the 4th time with my daughter and husband at Sentido hotel djerba and had an absolutely wonderful experience as usual. The staff were incredibly friendly, making sure that every need was met with a smile. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and beach, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. I would highly recommend Sentido djerba to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for their next vacation.

I went there for 11 days and it was great. The place and the location is very nice because of the beautiful beach directly behind the hotel. The employees are very friendly and especially the animation team is really good they are making an effort to entertain all the guests. They have fun activities during the day like ping pong or volleyball and they do fun shows every evening so no one is bored at night. The only thing that could be a little bit better are the rooms because it’s a little dirty.

This was our first holiday in Djerba and I would name it as veery good. The hotel is directly at very nice beach,dinners at the terrace restaurant were really stunning. It can be seen that hotel is still working on how to be better and nicer place for their guests. Staff was very nice,smilling all the time,even we saw them working hard every day... Food was really good,quite a lot od varieties during our 11 days stay. We tried ala carte restaurant as well,I really recomend it, delicious food 👌👌... What I see as a minus of this hotel is animation team - when I compare with other hotels in Tunisia, this team in my opinion is not working as team for guests, they should probably rethink aiming of animation according to the guests, because there happened very often that they were having better time than guests 🤷♂️🤷♂️. The best shows in the evening were done by outsources,not amimators. Manager of animation team was just angry walking around the place with his phone and not trying to manage them and if so,he was just rude to them in front of the guests,which I think is not good for the good feeling of the guests... So overall, we enjoyed our holiday in this hotel,mostly I think is not for young people,maybe middle age and older, services were really good for Tunisian 4star hotel, just level up animation and it will be so much better to go there for holiday 😉😉

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Idéal pour allier repos et excursions. Personnel très accueillant et solaire. Animations variées. Hôtel vue mer, avec piscine, à la hauteur de nos espérances. Variété des repas. Propre. Repos assuré et découverte de la culture. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

just sea and sand. architecture local. But I can't say the cleaning is good. Arabs are not good at this anyway. To see Tunisia, I just have to follow history. Historical places must be seen. In my opinion, holidaying in hotels is meaningless here. If you want the beach, the best quality hotels are in Turkey. natural together. both history, service and quality. Tunisia seems to be weak in the accommodation sector

My favourite hotel in djerba, stayed for a week all inclusive. Very impressed with everything from front office staff, rooms,pools,restaurants, bars,all are very helpful . The food is delicious and plentiful, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is perfect. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back. Loved my stay.
