Super friendly and kind staff and a little oasis in Djibouti City. We had a lovely room with a small terrace on the ground floor. Food and drinks were great and especial thanks to Idris in the restaurant. We were also very happy and lucky to be given a great late checkout before our long trip back to Hong Kong

Apart from the hotel driver not being at the airport when he was supposed to be, the Sheraton Djibouti is a very pleasant 5 star hotel with particularly very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful view of the sea and there is a pool and sea swimming available. Hotel has good WiFi.

very nice hotel staff specially hasna dembil and all the reception staff hassan taha ahmed mahoud soleiman lounge mahamoud elmi they lounge service great the guest relation man very helpful the restaurant staff make alot of eye contact and smile they also suggested a nice tour i really liked it the beach is private very few people there pool guy abdallah

We stayed 7 days at this hotel. I'm Titanium Elite member (Marriott Bonvoy) so I've been in lots of Sheraton hotels worldwide and unfortunately Sheraton Djibouti is much below the standard of Sheraton hotels. The hotel does need renovation and most of the staff should have lots of training in order to achieve the level expected at the Sheraton. I'd like to mention that only Mr Hasan from the reception/front desk deserves all compliments - he was very nice, professional and ready to help.
