Снимали коттедж на день рождения. Персонал по телефону вежливый, на деле хамят и не умеют общаться с гостями, никакой профессиональной этики. Взяли штраф за сломанный не нами диван, визуально выглядел целым и ничего не предвещало беды, пока не стали принимать дом. Пытались договориться и адекватно оценить ситуацию, но нам стали хамить и отказываться в решении вопроса. Теперь понятно почему цена ниже коттеджей в соседних коттеджных посёлках, зарабатывают «ремонтом» мебели. Кстати о мебели и техники, всё очень старое!

Отличное соотношение цена-качество! Тепло, чисто, уютно. Вкусно готовят в кафе. Да, интерьер немного "советский", но в данном отеле такой ретро стиль только добавляет шарма .Номер очень тёплый. Большая ванная. Приветливый персонал. Есть завтрак. Выбор не большой, но вполне сносно. Баня хорошая, натопили часа за полтора. Попарились с удовольствием. Соотношение цена-качество отличное. Сорочаны в 10 минут езды. Отель рекомендую. Вернёмся ещё.

Просторный номер, большой холодильник, удобная широкая кровать, пуфик очень кстати! Персонал в отеле и ресторане очень любезный, красивые женщины. Весьма удобно, что в одном здании с отелем есть магазины, в магазинах - всё что надо, если не успел на ужин в ресторане, но без горячего (микроволновки в номере нет). Есть бильярд (рус и амер)! Отличный уровень Wi-Fi (5G)
