The room is tidy and clean. Kitchen and utensils could be cleaner (and less oily). Great amenties. Netflix on TV. Free laundry on the ground floor, with washing powder and softener provided. The time to wash and dry is a bit long though. There is a balcony with only 1 ft width, but enough for getting fresh air and the view of yarra river. Good location to have a night walk around the port. Two grocery stores near the hotel. It is quiet but still located within free tram zone, so it's more affordable and very convenient to go out. Near the skybus station in southern cross station from or towards the airport.

Awesome, spacious rooms and very well managed team looking after this place.
Location is amazing, close to grocery store, movie cinemas and restaurants and bars, and Docklands too

I was allowed to have an early check in, which was really helpful. The only disappointment was that no toothbrush was available... But it's definitely a good option if you want to have a stay at Melbourne.

Most of our planned activities was within the CBD, when i was searching for accommodation in CBD, i was concerned by the noise at night though. This location is prefect, close to CBD while was so peaceful and quiet. Taking advantage of free tram, it was better than expected.

Overall pleasant experience. Room and bed were clean l, aircon works well.
Location is near waterfront city and only a tram ride into central Melbourne.
Only con was that the sewer smell from bathroom is noticeable, just need maintenance to pour some draino down the sink and drains to clear it.
