Less busy than those hotels in city. With trams stop next to hotel and takes about 10 mins to city. The only comment is the shower without door and causes water easily splashes out and make the floor wet.

Service was great - i was attended to by a trainee. room service staff were friendly and greeted Felt safe as cards required for main door access after 6pm Convenient location - minutes away to train starion - there is lift access so dont have to climb stairs. and a good coffee place in the office building. only picky about the luggage drawer which ifoumd some food speckles , and sound proofing as i could hear neighbour doors slamming

Our stay at the Minato Marriott was perfect from start to finish! The hotel staff are great and very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. The location is great and the rooms on the club floor are great in terms of size and facilities. The hotel has a modern feel. Their club lounge is okay, but the Canap selection during cocktail hour is a bit bland.

The entrance of the hotel is actually on the side of the road, sharing the same door with a restaurant. As a result, we didn't realize that we had made a big circle. The front desk service was very good and they even helped print some materials for free. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you can go to the seaside pier. It's nice to go for a run and look at the sea.

Traveling as a group of 2 mothers and 2 daughters (late teens), the 2 BR Executive suite was perfect. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and just so comfortable. We will definitely use again. The staff were attentive and friendly, and even called me a few days before our stay to ask about bedding configurations, whether we needed a car park, and a few other details.

Great hotel, within a quiet but safe part of Melbourne. The tram stations are within the free tram zone which makes it convenient to travel around. The hotel itself is great. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable and the room was very very modern. The hotel is a highly recommended place. Great value for money!

Treasure Hotel~ I stayed in Melbourne for several days. After staying in a modern hotel for a few days, I wanted to experience the flavor of an old hotel with a sense of history. I originally wanted to book a Windsor hotel, but found that it was not convenient because it was east of the CBD. City Walk accidentally discovered this old Victorian building opposite the Southern Cross Railway Station. I placed an order in advance. I passed by the lobby the first night and asked the administrator if I could store my luggage in advance and then check in that night. The answer was no problem. , and also asked carefully about the specific requirements. It was past nine o'clock when we returned from the Great Ocean Road that day. I received a warm reception. After checking in, I wanted to pick up my luggage, only to find that help had already been sent to the room in advance. The extra bed had been laid, and there were handwritten welcome cards and candies on the table. . The house itself is an old-fashioned apartment that is rented on a long-term basis. Each floor is an L-shaped corridor, with a total floor height of six floors. The room we booked was a loft-style suite with a kitchenette and living room. The overall facility decoration is relatively old, but very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and small library on the ground floor. I personally feel that the price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is suitable for those who want to experience the old-fashioned style and do not have particularly high requirements for accommodation conditions.

The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English.
