Very nice view especially when having the breakfast!
Can see the snow mountain !
And the breakfast is also very yum .
The room is quite simple , but acceptable .
The reception didn’t speak good English , but so far quite helpful

A western standard hotel with rooms fitted out with modern interiors. The communal areas are marble emporiums. The buffet breakfast has a lot to choose from. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There are cleaners working a lot of the time. My room was spotless. The location is good too. 1km walk into the main shopping district with so many restaurants and also Saray Hamam & Sauna not too far away for gentlemen

It was only ok for two nights. Costs extra for a room with a view of Mount Ararat and those rooms face onto a busy road - as there is no air conditioning it is noisy with the window open. There are better mountain views to be had from the top floor breakfast room’s open veranda. Rooms were large, only very basically furnished, and water went over the bathroom floor with every shower. Corridors have ceramic tiled floors and can be noisy. Breakfast was good. It is a long walk into the centre of town for restaurants and shopping. Matin (?) was most helpful and had no problems with English.

very good staff, tasty food, fast internet. I recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, they have all the necessary essentials. The breakfast was tasty, had different dishes and food to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Has a nice view of the city

The room and bed were massive but the hotel is uterly devoid of character.
Not a bad place to stay for a night and was pretty clean but really is just a place to sleep.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean place to rest before going over the boarder the next day and this property delivered. Breakfast was good. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel and the area, although barren, seemed safe.

The hotel is very comfortable in a great location, the staff is friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast is one the best with a lot of options and delicious. The view to the city and Ararat Mount is amazing .
