Westpac Hotel & Suites - Westbay Doha

*POLICE GOT INVOLVED* The hotel staff (especially the one who answers the phone) behaved so badly to females during our stay. We had booked a room, and they “upgraded” us, only for us to realise that during our extension they thought it was ok to give us a downgrade, despite booking a sea view. I asked for a refund, and the receptionist/manager (muddasir) said he has given it, and then when asked for receipt, he ignored all the WhatsApp messages/Agoda messages. He LIED about the refund, and then refused to let me stay too. The hotel stank, the toilets had an issue and we tried to fix it multiple times, the taps had yellow water. Worst time of my life. Anyone that goes I recommend you do not take their upgrade, it feels like a scheme where they think they can give you a construction view later on.

It was good, clean and in a great location. The unit was big & comportable. The breakfast was not very good, just few choices

Had a really great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.❤️

Poor customer service  Old furniture old tv was not working properly  Smell in bathroom  We lost the room key  They just have only 1 key for room  If couple staying one go outside and another  person got emergency and also want to go outside after they r providing only one lift card 🙂 how another person will go if no acess card? And how return to room key is only one .. in another hotels they provide 2 cards atleast if we ask for another also they provide for free but here we have to pay 🙂👍  Breakfast was 1/10 tasteless nothing special was there  Omelette/ oats/ sausage/ potato wages/ vermicelli / rice was the main dishes 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Inexperienced staff , given us a ******* room make the people inside the room shocked (we opened the room while they are inside) The breakfast is poor I don’t recommend it

Location is excellent,service is fantastic and staff were very helpful and friendly
