This was my second stay and everything was great. The room is average but excellent for this price. The employees were super nice and full of understanding. I loved my stay here. The picture is the view from the balcony.

Customer service was exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and kind.

The hotel is worth the price. The transportation is very convenient, close to Mshireb Metro Station, which is an interchange station for four lines.

The service is not good at all. They don't care about parking and ask you to park by yourself. When checking in, I took half an hour to answer the phone and they took a long time to check me in. There were two people at the front desk but only one was working. I don't understand.

It was very good an amazing service in the Brasserie restaurant a special thanks to Janice , Mycel and Parthana these ladies are very kind and lovely so professional , me and my husband enjoyed the brunch and they were very joyful and extremely adorable , cheer up to these ladies ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We went to Treffen House Old Manor Restaurant. The food is very good, service and complimentary dishes were served. Also the manager gave us drinks on the house. Atmosphere is so chill and cozy if you want some private time with your love one.

Hotel was great i recommend this hotel for anyone la brasserie food is delectable special thanks to Thilina great service very handsome and professional speaking. Hes a very polite and helpful gentleman and helped me if i needed something. Overall this hotel is absolutely astonishing.

After my long flight from jeddah, on trasit for 4 days to doha, we had lovely stay, the staff was so welcoming, the Gm of the hotel mr Fonseka was friendly and helping, mr dilshan the entertainment manager was super host,the chef, the f& b team all superhost, will be back soon.

We went to the Italian buffet and found the food tasty. Food was little cold but enjoyed it. Staff especially Sifat, Cynthia and Parthana were very kind and helpful. Will plan to come again for sure in future. They do good dinner buffet with good options

Very good hotel , highly recommended. Location is just a fantastic and its is a biggest advantage of this hotel. There is very beautifull swimming pool, sauna. Breakfast includes big variety of different dishes. It's almost like lunch. There are hot dishes and fruits, life station with eggs. Hotel makes theme nights like Asian and Italian for dinner. Also 2 bars are available. Absolutely All staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is as a 5* hotel. Housekeeping guys Mohammedi and Sajith cleaned my room perfectly and always support in any requests. Big thanks to them. Hotel become as my second home and second family.

We did enjoy and thankful for the kind accommodation of Staff Rhea to all of us. And had a great experience of fun and laughter while swimming in their pool including the snacks we eat. Definitely we will come back soon at Treffen House Doha, Qatar

Excellent food and service. Staff couldn’t be nicer especially restaurant staff.. Janice, Mycel, Madus, Rishan and the whole team kitchen. Thank you for the wonderful experience my family and I had. We will be back. Nice atmosphere and environment.
