The hotel's location is excellent. From the airport, take the Red Line metro, then transfer to the Gold Line and get off at Waqif station. Take Exit 2, but instead of going through the glass door into Souq Waqif, head towards the elevator for Souq Al Najada. The hotel's main entrance is right outside this elevator. Perhaps because the main entrance isn't easy for parking, Google Maps tends to direct you to the road at the back entrance. The hotel lobby and restaurant look quite grand. The rooms feel a bit dated but are still spacious and clean. It's very quiet at night, and the breakfast is good. There are plenty of restaurants in Souq Waqif itself. Housekeeping took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Obada and Khalid for cleaning our room. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Fantastic location if the Souq Waqif, Corniche and attractions nearby are what you wish to cover. We had a layover and decided to book this hotel and was amaze at how massive the room was. Everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the garden. As we arrived at 9pm, we were able to walk the Souq and dine there as the restaurants open late - some even up til 2am. After dinner, we took a walk to the Corniche, saw a few attractions and walked back home. Real safe and easy location.

We stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

Had a wonderful experience here! The room had a lovely Middle Eastern flair, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent too. Plus, it's super convenient as Souq Waqif is just across the road.

The location is superb. The entrance to SW metro station and the SW market are just opposite its front courtyard. I stayed at 3rd floor and my window facing north can view Doha skyline.

This has been our 4th stay at this premises and as always, the stay was excellent in general. Check-in was a little delayed due us arriving a little earlier but as the hotel reception is quite spacious, we had no issue lazing on a sofa with some Arabic coffee and dates. Check-in staff were very pleasant, a big change to our last stay but that may have been a one of. Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow and really good A/C that kept a good temp. When we checked in, our hotel towels were frayed on the edges and that got changed to nicer ones. Amenities in the room was good quality, however we only got a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to request for more every day. Location was excellent. Short walk to the souk which is excellent to walk around and lots of eating places. All in all, even with the minor setbacks, the stay, facilities, location and hotel itself was excellent. I would come back to it again on my next visit to Doha.

The Hotel Location is strategic. Near Souq Waqif. The room is spacious. However, the hotel staff were not helpful. I have tried to call the reception more than 5 times but nobody answer. So I decided to go to the lobby in the middle of the night for assistance only for the receptionist to ask me that I can call them from my room. Like hello, if there were people answering my phone call, I would not go down to the lobby. The hotel staff need to be train more.

Checked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth. Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late. If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

It’s really a very good hotel. No matter the location or the room equipment. It’s just beside the metro line station- souq waqif. Very convenient. Easy access to the market for food and drinks. We arrived extremely early and found a change room to rest then visit the city directly before check in. Room is very spacious and well decorated. We were so lucky to be given free upgrade. Thanks for this. You can also have some free local milk tea at the lobby. Every hotel staff is very friendly.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my stay, I noticed that the room was not properly stocked. There were no towels in the bathroom, and there was not enough shampoo or shower gel provided. When we asked for shower towels, they provided us with small towels stating that they had no stock available. This made my stay uncomfortable, as these are basic amenities that guests should expect to have ready upon arrival. Also on the day of checkout we were called 10 minutes earlier prior to checkout time as a reminder to check out. In fact. we were quite surprised that this hotel is rated 5 stars, as the quality of service and facilities did not meet that standard. the overall experience felt below the level expected from a five-star property.
